  1. Every month during transmittal time we have the 3 days we wait for transmittal to finish, then have to wait and check, wait and check, wait and check to see if report are finished. By now I assume you have the statistical data to know how long the report monster takes to churn out the millions of PDF reports. What if... you had a status tracker (just like the Dominos Pizza app) that shows you a progress bar from Transmittal Day 1 to Final Report delivery showing estimated time and current status!?!?!?

  2. Please let me remove an agent from the Recruiting Pipeline from the Contact card. Currently you have to back out of the card all together which brings you back to the active recruit stage no matter where you were before and you have to navigate back to the correct card to hit the meatballs to remove them. It takes so much time to clean up the pipeline as it is.

While I am not certain if an update with these specific features is already being developed, I would like to propose the creation of an integration into command that allows administrators to make market center announcements while also providing a separate chat feature for agent communication. Here are some key reasons why I believe this would be beneficial:

Centralized Communication: Having a dedicated app for internal communication would provide a single platform where all market center announcements, updates, and important information can be shared.   4. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  5. Now that the PS statements are only available through report in Command, there are no longer addresses to be able to mail these out. As an MCA that truly helped so they could be folded in the manner we could just mail them to the agents. Now we have to look up each address and fill out an envelope in order to mail them out which all my VR and A associates prefer. Can we please add the address back onto the statements please, to help the MCA's and make it easier for them to get those out promptly?

  6. Having the option of bulk actions when moving recruits throughout the various phases of the recruiting pipeline will allow any of member of leadership do so more easily and efficiently thus allowing for a better leverage of time. Currently, the method of moving recruits is to do so one by one, which when in an office that has over 200 recruiting appointments a year, can be a very time consuming task.

  7. First American Title Co (FATCO) has a data breach which is making transmittal extremely difficult as we're trying to track down unbooked funds. There's no easy way for search for this in Command.

  8. There are occasions when a rental transaction has a Commission entered and for one reason or another needs to be terminated. (deal falls through/it was a test commission created) As with a sale, we should be able to terminate the Commission.

  9. Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

  12. We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

  13. I have been using command for smartplans and texting to recruits. once the recruit engages, I move them to command mc. it would be great to have the ability to sync the entire contact record between command mc and command and visa versa -

  14. This would be used by Market Center Leadership to connect with Associates in the Market Center. It would add people to the smart plan when the associate is activated and vice versa. The value add would be to everyone in the market center, leadership - time savings and another touch to agents, and a value add to the agents.

  15. We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

    We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

    It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

  16. Similar to how we can see when our contacts/clients were last logged into our agent site, it would be great for MC Leadership to know when the associate was last active in their Command. This would help the market center tailor conversations to those agents and drive our metrics

  17. It would be SO helpful to see if an agent is on a team when looking at their associate record (Command MC). This will avoid searching the teams section to find out if they're on a team and what team they're on.

  18. it would be great to be able to automatically trigger a recruiting smart plan based on a new inbound lead be it from locations.kw.com or a mass import with the same tag or simply to target a specific brokerage or group of contacts.

Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

  20. CommandMC tasks show have the ability for users to sort and to search based on the recruit that they pertain to and the assignee, not just by due date.
