Add Brokerage Transferred To Field When Removing Associate; Provide Reporting
Would be great to add a field when we are removing associate in MC Command, asking where the agent went... Referral, C21, RE/MAX etc. And then later, it would be great to have reports showing summary of where our agents went!

Add Other Vendor Type
We have several vendors in our red carpet vendor program that do not fit into any of the pre-made categories in the Vendor Type list. So to input them, we would have to put them in an incorrect category. If we do not have the option to add custom categories (preferred solution), is there a way you can add "Other" as a category for those vendors that don't fit into the ones KW gives as an option?

Customize Recruit Card Information in Pipeline
When I click into my recruit pipeline I would love to have the ability to change what information is on the recruit "card" from the pipeline view. The visual is super helpful. When i'm doing follow-ups the easiest way is for me to copy and paste their number or email and then send them a quick text from my personal email or phone. I would also like to see appointment date as an option to select the date for the appointment scheduled field that would show up on the primary card. I keep track of appointments on my Google calendar,…

Show Compliance Tags to Agents
Admin tags should be visible to Agents so they can tell which step of the process we are in for processing their paperwork. E.g. Listing Complete, Missing Paperwork, Conditional, Missing Lawyer - Seeing just these 4 tags, would let them know that their Listing is Complete, but the Transaction is still Conditional, we are Missing Paperwork to make it to Firm, and that we do not have Lawyer Information for the property yet.
They can tell all of this at a glance at the Tags, rather than entering the Opportunity and rifling through paperwork.

Make CommandMC Reports More Efficient
I've noticed that over the course of the first 2 weeks there are several areas that could be a bit more efficient; specifically, the numerous reporting mechanisms. Currently, we have 2 excel spreadsheets to track appointments, referrals, R1/R2s.....since we are trying to leverage Command on a more consistent basis, I thought it would be great if we could utilize Command for more. Compliance Emails to Different Email Address
We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

Add Search Function When Adding Tag inside Opportunity
When looking at a list of submissions, you can search for/ add a tag to an opportunity by typing it in. However, once you go into the opportunity, you cannot search for/ add a tag by typing it in. You have to scroll. The search function seems to only be numeric. Please make the tag search function while in an opportunity work with letters.

Display Opportunity Details in Documents Tab
As a compliance review person in the office we always need to know how many sellers and how many buyers there are on each transaction and the year the house was built. When we go back into a file to continue reviewing we always need to open the prelim to check who the sellers are and then go into the purchase agreement and check who the buyers are. This should not be necessary to do and by adding the two features to the tray would be of much help. Pat Cote, Fremont CA 279

Change Document Requirement per Opportunity
Sometimes a conditionally required document might end up being fully required based on previous documents or home build dates, etc. Allow Compliance to change the label to fully required if a document ends up being fully required to eliminate confusion.

Command Integration with Broker Wolf/ Lone Wolf
Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.
Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

Export Opportunities List
In Command MC, add the functionality to run and export reports in order to obtain a snapshot view of all opportunities for an agent with available filters applied. Could be for a single agent, a group of agents, or MC-wide. Particularly where the opportunity is in a particular phase/stage like returned or opened. At this time there is no reporting functionality tied to Opportunities. We are always talking about tracking our numbers and yet there is no way to save a record. This could be a residual effect of this reporting function.

Share Opportunity Checklist Templates from Market Center
I would like to be able to share Opportunity Task lists within the stages for other agents, much like we share smartplans. This would be helpful to promote consistency over our MC and would also make onboarding of new agents easier by creating systems for them to follow.

Show Transaction Status on Opportunities Tab
It would save time to be able to see the status of each transaction on the all opportunities page. I'd like to see all on one screen which opportunities have been submitted/approved/denied or if a CDA has been created.

Allow Photo for Recruits
On the contact card for the recruit, we would love to be able to add a photo of them to the Photo Image next to their name.

Filter by Pipeline Stage
Currently you can only filter by The Big Phases, like Cultivate. If you could filter by Pipeline stage it would be easier to grab recruits in different stages for different smart plans instead of having to go through them one by one. For example I have two different stages in cultivate "Follow Up Mets" and "Follow Up Haven't Mets" and the people in each are going to be on two different SPs.

Tagging Associates Auto-Tags Opportunities
As a market center with a business center it would be IMMENSELY helpful to be able to tag associates (rather than individual opportunities so that they autopopulate every opportunity) with a location (MC vs BC) ID tag in order to sort as closings are processed.

When creating Smartplans in CommandMC I would like a Merge field for their Address to pull from the contact card.
