  1. It would be very helpful if we could download our current listings to a csv file to make it easier to see how many we have and to verify them. We were able to do this in Cloudmore. :)

  3. I need to be able to see an agents side of the work flow on their commissions tab so I can assist and help point them in the right direction when they are creating their commission tab.

  5. MCA's need to be able to edit the referral amount in the transaction, right now we have to delete it, then add it back in to correct them amount -

  6. MC Staff Team SmartViews

    Since recruiting is a team effort, allowing the ability for MC staff team members to make SmartViews shareable would be a huge benefit. If one person needs to make the SmartView, when they go to save that view, there can be an option to "share with team". Which could be selected as a check box. This would allow for the creation of both personal and team views.

  7. When we download the Associate Detail (page 2 of the DA) page in the new Transactions, it opens a separate tab for each agent along with Page 1 of the DA. Can we please get it to where they download all in the same tab so we don't have to download multiple pages.

    Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.


    Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

  8. It'd be nice to add a "Submitted" button to the top of the transaction screen to quickly show all the submitted commissions similar to the "terminated" "approved" & "Closed" buttons.

  9. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

  11. Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.

    (I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

  12. We would like the ability for the OP to customize/limit the access roles have to CommandMC applets. KWRI would set the standard access points for an assigned role, and the OP would have the ability to remove/limit access to specific applets that may not pertain to that role within their MC. Example, MC Leader role allows edit access to Recruits, Reports, Transactions, Accounting, and … The individuals with MC Leader role in this example MC do not need nor would the OP like for them have edit access to Transactions and Accounting, so the OP can remove access to Transactions…

  13. Currently the only way you can add preferred vendors to the MC Site is by going to the Command Dashboard preferred vendor widget and clicking a box to add it to the MC Site.

    This functions very differently from the Agent Site preferred vendors where you can access preferred vendors from the agent site editor. I would like to see the MC Site preferred vendor list function just like it does on the agent site, OR put it in the CommandMC Site applet.

  14. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

  15. To streamline the process of managing agent payments and reduce the need for manual entry, we propose creating a CSV summary report by deposit. This report should include the following details:

    • Deposit Number
    • Agent Name
    • Address
    • Agent Net Amount
    • Outside Referrals
    • Deductions
    • To be Paid/Paid

    By consolidating this information into one document, it will significantly expedite the AE entries and ACH payments. An additional benefit would be the ability to import this type of file directly into AE, bypassing the need for manual data entry.

  17. There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

  18. Right now we can choose who we want to add to a deduction for all or a group of agents, we should have that ability to remove them also. Right now you can only remove one by one
