  1. When adding a Deduction there was a drop down list that showed all deductions that you could choose from, this is gone so you have to type in the name of each deduction. The drop down list was much easier, would love to see that back.

  2. Title companies need to see total commission and concession reduces total commission. It's not accounted for on Page 1 of the DA, so title companies can't reconcile what's being paid out because they don't see the "actual" deduction on page 1 of the DA.

  3. We can see the MEC report. Is there anywhere that we can see the "live" Current Financial Reports" for the Market Centers?

  4. We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.

    Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.

  5. Can we have the ability to add tags to tasks and then filter the task list by tags? This would be helpful for managing events in the office.

  6. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  7. when choosing filter for dates...rather than having to select each month for a report showing Last 12 Months, can LTM be an option like selecting last quarter or last month

  8. This was not released: "Allow MCA's to view and print Deposit reports from previous months." We can only see and print the current month, not previous months deposit reports.

  9. Aggregate Deductions with same payee. Currently if a fee is split between agents on a transaction, the Commission Disbursement Authorization shows multiple line items for the same deduction. It would be great if these could be totaled up.

    For example, a $100 fee split between 2 agents would show as $50 and $50 on the PDF. I would love if it would recognize the same payee, and total the amounts for a cleaner CDA. (A toggle would be phenomenal)

  10. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  11. It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

  13. Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

  14. We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.

  15. I have a large team that is requesting reports to be able to know the team's individual and team stats each month. There looks to be a few reports I could custom-build but I'm having a lot of trouble getting that to work in Command. They are mostly concerned with the units, volume, and listings taken, etc.

    This is something that holds several teams back when they attempt to utilize Command.

  16. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  17. Display an itemized subtotal of the companies paid and the amounts included in the 'Outside Referral' total on the Agent Commission Details Form.

    For example, if both ABC Realty and XYZ Real Estate are being paid an outside referral, it is helpful for the associate to easily see that $N.NN was paid to ABC Realty and $N.NN was paid XYZ Real Estate.

  18. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  19. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

  20. We need a report that shows the agent's net amount (1099 amount) like the DA list from WinMore used to. I've had a handful of agents ask for loan purposes, plus we'll need this report for year-end.
