  1. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  3. When you look at the Income Statement (WinMore No More) all the numbers look like they're running together. Are we able to change the font or add some spacing to break up the columns? For instance, the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Variance numbers all look like they could be one big number. (The spacing prior to WinMore No More was great.)

  4. When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

  6. MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

  7. If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.

  8. The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

  9. Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

    Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

    As Leadership, we frequently need to access an agents account to assist them with something or provide a service.   10. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  11. In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

  12. I'd love to be able to select this month or next month as a time frame for the filters "Associate Birthdate Month", "Cap Anniversary Month," and "Royalty Anniv. Month." It would allow us to automate sending a birthday & anniversary report. Right now I have to manually go in to select the correct month so I cannot set up the scheduled report to email to staff.

  13. I would love a DA equivalent in Standard Reports with subtotals (By Agent & Total.) We can accomplish this by exporting and subtotaling ourselves, and this is a request I receive FREQUENTLY from agents, especially at year-end.

    Giving the subtotal option in the initial export would be a MASSIVE time-saver in our daily processes.

  14. Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.

  15. Currently it just lists our agents by last name alphabetically. The costumer should have the ability to search for a specific name rather than flip through a dozen pages of agents.

  16. For tasks or emails done through SmartPlans should update the Last Contacted for a recruit. Whether it's a touch task, SMS task (since Twilio is not yet supported in CommandMC), email, or call task, it should be considered contacting the recruit. Otherwise, we will have to double input by using "Add Activity" in the Timeline or not count emails as a touch.

  18. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.
