How to post an idea:

  1. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  2. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  3. It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

  4. Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

  5. We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.

  6. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  7. Display an itemized subtotal of the companies paid and the amounts included in the 'Outside Referral' total on the Agent Commission Details Form.

    For example, if both ABC Realty and XYZ Real Estate are being paid an outside referral, it is helpful for the associate to easily see that $N.NN was paid to ABC Realty and $N.NN was paid XYZ Real Estate.

  8. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  9. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

  10. We need a report that shows the agent's net amount (1099 amount) like the DA list from WinMore used to. I've had a handful of agents ask for loan purposes, plus we'll need this report for year-end.

  11. Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.

  12. I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

  14. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  16. Limit Month End Close to MCA & AMCA ONLY. Having the button available for anyone with MC Leader status is a HUGE risk. Please "gray out" the button for all other leadership roles.

  17. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  18. When logging activities in the timeline of an associate or recruit in command mc or in the contact record of command, if you are manually logging multiple items in the same day, they do not stay in order. For example:

    The Order Activities are Entered:
    Text 1(sent)
    Text 2 (Received)
    Text 3 (sent)

    The order they are shown in the timeline is as follows:
    Text 2 (received)
    Text 3 (sent)
    Text 1 (sent)

    This makes it very difficult to follow notes, texts, conversations being logged. The activities should be in the order entered

  19. For the State of MN in order for us to look up agents licenses or do license renewals we need their full SSN and it will be very hard to have to search through agents onboarding paperwork to find their SSN each time we need it.

  20. Market Centers have specific documentation and questions they would like to include in the Onboarding process for new Associates. Adding forms, custom questions, and the ability to customize the Onboarding email that is sent is requested.
