Feature Request: Bulk Sync Functionality for 1099 Recipient Addresses
Request: Implement a "Global Sync" feature within the 1099 Dashboard to allow for the asynchronous update of all recipient addresses in bulk.
Business Justification: Currently, the system requires Market Center Administrators (MCAs) to manually sync each record to ensure address accuracy. For offices with hundreds of agents, this manual process is labor-intensive. If an agent updates their address after their last closing of the year, the MCA lacks visibility into that change without a manual check. When in the "Find an agent" section of Recruits - Tag Selection
Inside of Find an Agent we can filter a list and select agents to add to Recruit Management and I want to be able to tag this selection so its easier to follow up through Recruits Management.
Currently agents who are already added to Recruits Management. I'd like to see two options for the selection: "Add Tag" and "Add New Leads to Recruit Management."

Outside Referral Report
Our state we have B&O tax. We have to put it in the outside referral box currently. We need a report that shows the payee/entity that the outside referral is going to.
Right now with our B&O tax if it is a team it is split up so we have to go through and match them all up for reporting to the state.

Add fields that show dates the associate was with our office when they have left and returned multiple times.
For agents that have left and returned, the dates for when they were with us each time would be very helpful

Reports before the switch.
The MCA was able to see the financials from other market centers in KW and now that report is gone. Allowing access to the financials of all the Market Centers provides transparency and it allows the MCA the ability be able to compare their Market Center with other similar make Market Centers.3 votes -
Allow Agents to chose what is their primary Market Center
Allow agents to choose their primary Market Center for awards purposes. I have 2 situations where an agent is active in my MC, joined a 2nd MC out of state, has done little to no business there, yet, their awards information and medals go to the new MC - they are a top 10 agent in my MC and on the ALC and the new MC barely knows who they are. Give us the ability to sort alphabetically by last name on all reports
All reports should either default to sorting by last name, or at a minimum, give us the ability to change our default to that sort. Specifically Associate Awards reports - but all need to have that ability

CommandMC - how many of our agents run campaigns
is there a way in command mc to see how many of our agents run campaigns? and how many campaigns they run? the vital signs report does not have it so just wondering if there's another way

Allow CC Section for SmartPlan Emails
For some operations within our Market Center, an email being sent to a new agent and copying other leadership members is the notice to begin getting in connection with that new agent. For example, our DAS will send an initial email inviting them to Orientation and will copy our Productivity Coach to give them the heads-up on reaching out and getting connected for new agent training.
It would be great to have the option to copy other emails or leadership associates to an email within a SmartPlan for them to be in the loop or receive any email replies.

Add Property Type and Classification Filters for Compliance Review
Please add the filter options “Property Type” and “Classification” for compliance requests. When reviewing compliance items, I often need to sort by those specific criteria, and having these filters available would greatly improve the review process.

Add Chinese and Cantonese to Command IDX site
Please add the Chinese and Cantonese as language options to the IDX site.
Approximately 3.5 million people speak Chinese at home in the U.S., making it the third most spoken language after English and Spanish. Currently, the agent site doesn't have the option to allow customers to choose Chinese as the language.
Adding Chinese/Cantonese to our website ensures clients feel confident and supported throughout their home-buying journey with Keller Williams.

Display agent Military information
Please use the Military information label in a way any office can see who is or not affiliated.
WE would like to have a report about this, something like (Military status) Active/inactive and if active, try to show the name of any of those 8 statuses on website settings!

It would be great to be able to pull a MC Veteran's roster from Command.

Admin Edit Details of an Opportunity
With the most recent Command update, we’ve lost the ability to change a Close Date. This cannot be done on the Admin MC side, or on the Agent side. When I contacted Command Chat Support, this is what they said:

Option to Sync Email Field from KW Insights Record to Recruit Card When Linked
Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

Way to toggle off the New Detail Panel when opening an Opportunity
The new Detail Panel that appears on the left side every time you open an opportunity needs to be an option to open, not start off opened. It is in the way and creates an additional step to the reviewing process for us.
