  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  3. After a Broker fully approves an opportunity folder, an associate can upload a document and change the status of the folder. If the opportunity folder is locked up after Broker approval, Brokers won't have to go back into opportunity and re-approve the folder. MC compliance status queue will be accurate. Associates can still upload documents into custom folders of the opportunity if needed, which won't change the status of the opportunity.

  5. Is something making clicking through compliance opportunities much slower? It's taking too long to open opportunities, folders, and documents since the recent upgrade/change.

  6. In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

  7. The change to MC Tasks this week has not been a good one. I think the idea was to have it mimic the Agent side, but it's too antiquated. It would be great to have it made simpler with fewer clicks and less filtering required.

  9. When adding a recruit in commandMC it would be wonderful if there was a check box or option to add recruit to a pro-coach account in command. (for newsletter smartplan options) At this time we are adding recruits in commandMC and then having to go to command and add them again in a pro-coach account. Thank you so much for your time!

With the new update, the clock icon to display that there is more than one version of a folder was removed from the compliance dashboard, as well as the documents section of the opportunity as well. The removal of this icon makes it difficult to know that an agent has created a new version of a folder, so having it reimplemented would be highly valuable.

When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. Then, once Susan onboards, she can be effectively added to associate-based Smartplans. This automatic function would be a time saver and also help us stay on top of the communication she is…

  12. We need all of the same filters we used to have in the old Compliance Queue, readily available off to the side just as before. It is incredibly counterintuitive to have to open a filters tab and then select filters and then click save. This change turned a one-click action into a 3-click action. We also no longer have the ability to filter by Opportunity type and event, this is extremely important for training new admins in market centers. Seeking input from Market Centers using this technology prior to overhauling an entire section of command used to be the norm…

  15. Our MCA office has the new Compliance Applet and they used the filter by folder (might be also called Compliance Events/checklist events) for Listed, Under Contract, and Closed. Right now, this option is not available and is very useful if you need to find a specific Opportunity that has just submitted their Under Contact folder or another folder and not just closed. This feature was available in the old Compliance Applet yet it's not available in the new Applet.

  16. We need some kind of notification when SmartPlans fail to send for any reason. I have added several KSCORE recruits to the SmartPlans, and have to look at their Timelines to discover whether my SmartPlan is actually reaching them after they inform me that they haven't received anything. I would prefer the system to help us be a bit more proactive so we can correct problems before our recruits say they haven't heard from us.

  17. Associate record compliance is a huge issue. Having a documents tab for the associate card (similar to what we have in opportunities) will help secure some of our agent data a little bit better.

    Have spots to upload documents that are required for all MCs (W9, P&G Acknowledgement, Detail of Splits and Fees, ICA, etc) and the ability for the MC to add additional documents used in the MC.

    Password protect documents with sensitive information. Limit who can access those docs.

  20. Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).
