Add security level to agents commissions in a team
When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

Do not allow duplicate MLS ID
If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.

The "Close Date" in transactions needs to feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities
The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

Allow associates not on a team to add guest users to their command.
Allow associates not on a team to add guest users to their command. That way TC's don't need to request agent codes from the agent every time. Most Transaction coordinators work after hours, and do not get the codes right away from the agent.

Search by KWUID
Request the addition of KWUID as a search parameter within the Associates applet to enhance our ability to locate associate records more efficiently. Currently, the absence of this parameter limits the ease with which we can directly access records tied to specific KWUIDs.

Filtering Opportunities By Tags Effectively
Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

allow anyone to be named as recruit referral
In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

Add Recovery Email Column to Associates Table
Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

This Month Option for Birthdays & Anniversaries
I'd love to be able to select this month or next month as a time frame for the filters "Associate Birthdate Month", "Cap Anniversary Month," and "Royalty Anniv. Month." It would allow us to automate sending a birthday & anniversary report. Right now I have to manually go in to select the correct month so I cannot set up the scheduled report to email to staff.

Remove Filters
I'd like to be able to choose which filters we can remove from a report. I know we can turn them off, but it would be nice and tidy to be able to remove them as an option if we know we are not going to use them.

Add a column that shows when the task was created
We are looking to clean up our MC Task list and it would be very helpful to see when the task was created so we can identify the tasks that are new and still relevant and tasks that have been outstanding so long that it is no longer relevant.

Document Rotation (Orientation). Two (2) items: 1) MC Admins used to be able to rotate documents that were submitted in a landscape orientation and review the upload to approve/return the document. Somewhere along the way, there was an update that causes the system to create a new version of a document when you have to re-orient the document before viewing it now (without a notice). DA List with Subtotals in Reports
I would love a DA equivalent in Standard Reports with subtotals (By Agent & Total.) We can accomplish this by exporting and subtotaling ourselves, and this is a request I receive FREQUENTLY from agents, especially at year-end.
Giving the subtotal option in the initial export would be a MASSIVE time-saver in our daily processes.

Flag a Task from a SmartPlan that the Recruit has been removed from
For certain SmartPlans I manage, I have tasks to follow up with KSCORE students via text to check on their progress or interest in the program. However, when I remove a student from the SmartPlan, the associated tasks sometimes still appear if they were scheduled for that day or a future due date. It would be helpful to have some form of identifier on the task, indicating that the student is no longer on the SmartPlan that originally created the task. Compliance Checklist (added functionality)
Compliance Checklists (Sort, prioritize or hidden option) Can we have an option that allows us at the MC level in the admin section to either: SORT the checklists to PRIORITIZE them based on our MC needs or HIDE outdated/replaced checklists? Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.
