Add Chinese and Cantonese to Command IDX site
Please add the Chinese and Cantonese as language options to the IDX site.
Approximately 3.5 million people speak Chinese at home in the U.S., making it the third most spoken language after English and Spanish. Currently, the agent site doesn't have the option to allow customers to choose Chinese as the language.
Adding Chinese/Cantonese to our website ensures clients feel confident and supported throughout their home-buying journey with Keller Williams.

Display agent Military information
Please use the Military information label in a way any office can see who is or not affiliated.
WE would like to have a report about this, something like (Military status) Active/inactive and if active, try to show the name of any of those 8 statuses on website settings!

It would be great to be able to pull a MC Veteran's roster from Command.
We really need to be able to find the Veteran information captured when a new agent onboards and completes that question!

Option to Sync Email Field from KW Insights Record to Recruit Card When Linked
Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

Way to toggle off the New Detail Panel when opening an Opportunity
The new Detail Panel that appears on the left side every time you open an opportunity needs to be an option to open, not start off opened. It is in the way and creates an additional step to the reviewing process for us.

Show agent name in opportunities - Documents tab
The agent name needs to be visible to staff when in opportunities, and in the documents tab - it could be added under the Property information and above the buyer/seller information (this in in the panel to the left of the docs in the 10/2025 release)

inside referral
Agents find it confusing that using "Inside Referral" makes it so that the receiving Agent pays the Co. $ of the referring agent. I suggest either changing that practuce OR adding a warning advising them that that will happen and offering the option of adding the referring agent as a second agent in the transaction.

Reports Header
Report Headers for PDF Downloads: I understand that for csv downloads the headers are a problem, but when printing PDF downloads for MYT reports and such it would be nice to have the headers that are showing in the report to actually be printed as pdf as well. It shows the information that is pulled plus the OP, TL, MCA and so on in the header. If printed on PDF it would be nice to have this as well like it did when we printed from crystal reports.

Add “Real Estate Start Date” Filter to Command MC Reports
In Command MC Reports, please add the filter “Real Estate Start Date” to allow users to create more detailed custom reports. This filter would be highly beneficial and was previously available in Winmore.

Commission Tab Notes Notifications
We would love Command Notifications to be dispatched to the MCA/AMCA whenever a note is appended to a newly submitted commission tab. The current functionality entails users manually reviewing the notes tab for each commission tab submitted, which is not an integral part of the workflow for processing a commission tab.

MCAs should have the option to reinstate an agent that left and come back in the same month without having to re-invite again.
MCAs should have the option to reinstate an agent that left and come back within the same month without having to re-invite again. Sometimes agents come back in the same month. This would also be beneficial if an agent is removed in error. If the error is caught and it is done in the same month, then we should be able to change their status. That was an option we had in Winmore as long as it was in the same month.

Enhanced Notification for Agent Capping Events
We would love to see a more prominent notification in the platform when processing a transaction that causes an associate to cap. Right now, this important milestone can be easy to miss, and a clearer alert would ensure we can recognize and celebrate with the agent in real time.
A pop-up notification would be ideal, similar to how KW Command displays confetti when a new agent signs up. Even a celebratory animation, banner, or any type of visual cue would be phenomenal. Agent Names on Command MC reports - they currently download without agent names
Currently when you download an agent's MYT or sales transactions or closed list, their names do not "download" on it, nor does the nice headings - so if printing off several, their names are not listed on the report.

Request for Enhancement: Correct Classification of Solo Agents in Top Associates Report
A discrepancy has been identified in the "Top Associates Report" where Solo Agents are being misclassified. This occurs when a Solo Agent is configured as a "Team" within the Team Management system, despite the team's only other member(s) being an Unlicensed Admin. As a result, the reporting tool incorrectly places these individuals under the "Teams" or "Groups" category, rather than classifying them as "Solo Agents."

Reorder Multi-Year Trend to Narrative Format
The traditional Market Center Multi-Year Trend tells a story in a narrative sequence. The 42 metrics are specifically arranged to ensure as Leaders read it, they have the proper context as they find numbers and metrics later in the report. In its current format in CommandMC, it's only creating confusion and among current leader, as the metrics are arranged alphabetically by data point.
The new version, is simply missing a "position number" field, like we've done for the Financial Statement. An addition of the 2 digit "pos_no" column should do the trick.

Earned In Luxury Associates Tagged in Associates Applet
If an associate is approved as an Earned In Luxury Associate in the Luxury Roster under the Admin applet, their Associate entry should automatically be tagged as Luxury to better enable MC Leadership to send communications and smaprtplans around luxury information to that group.
