We need to have a tool in Command MC that helps us connect associates to the courses that we have prescribed for their business and track if they attended the class. To connect the value that Keller Williams offers to the results that the agents are having in their business. We can also help those that are struggling in their business and how we can help them.

A report of agents' production before joining KW and after
We want an easy way to see if their production is up since they have joined our office. This would be a great tool for recruiting as well.

Restore Opportunity ID Hyperlink
After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

Automatically Updating Percentage-Based Deductions
The percentage based deductions so far are not automatically updating when the commission changes and/or a referral is added to the commission. It would be very beneficial to have that automatically update as many of our agents are signed up for automatic percentage deductions into our agent savings account.

Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command $6,000 not $50,000
Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $6,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

In Compliance can we please get back the agent name
In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

Support Chat box
When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. Expanded filters in Dials, answered, appointments held and set
Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

Edit License Expiration and MLS ID
MC Leaders with the "Compliance Coordinator" and "MC Broker" leadership roles should have access to edit the license expiration dates and MLS IDs in the Associates tab of CommandMC. As it stands, only OP, MCA, TL, Assistant MCA, Assistant TL accounts have access to edit this information.

Don't Allow All Zeros for Vendor EIN
It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

Make Auditing Opportunities Faster in Command
Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.
My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.
Why it matters:
Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators
Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices

Compare This Year (TY) to Last Year (LY) and % Change
In reporting, the ability to compare TY to LY and percent change. Currently we export to excel

Show Production Reports in Associate Record
It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

Merge Notes, Activity, and Timeline Tabs
Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

Customize Columns in Command MC Compliance
At this time, it is not possible to customize columns—such as rearranging, adding, or removing them. As a compliance coordinator, having access to specific information is important to my role. I would also appreciate the ability to sort the data for easier review and organization.

Display Military Affiliation and Languages in Associate Record
It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

Compliance Applet - Remove auto 3 filters
Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

Commission Request Status on Compliance Applet overview
When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.13 votes
