  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

  2. Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

    I realize that I can click on the Opportunity icon in the left margin and use that to find an Opportunity, however, if I have the screen split (Dotloop on one open side,…

  3. At our Market Center, we have an in-house Transaction Coordinator. While we don't want that person to be able to have log in access to everyone's Command account, we would like for her to be able to create opportunities under that agents name without logging into their account.

    It would be great to have a Transaction Coordinator role in CommandMC where they can create an opportunity then select which agent that opportunity is for. That way they don't have to log in each agent's Command and those opportunities will be able to populate on the agent's Command and in CommandMC.

  4. One Click - Remove Automated Filter
    It is time consuming to remove the Automated Filter every time I am looking for a certain Opportunity that has nothing to do with "submitted" or to have to keep removing it because I am looking for the next property. Also need the choice of filters to be one click - not 3+ clicks.

  5. In the Associates tab of Command MC - let's be able to click at the top on the production tab and have it filter into a top down production level of all of our associates. A year to date top down with a click!

  6. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

  7. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

  8. Can we just have a simple download like KWConnect used to? PDF and CVS/Excel options are still great. However, the amount of steps I have to go through to download one report is a huge time waste.

  9. It would be wonderful if when I click Filter so that I can select a compliance status, that the unit count would be there to the right again. It's awesome to know how many of each status are waiting for my eyes to review.

  10. The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it

  12. After a Broker fully approves an opportunity folder, an associate can upload a document and change the status of the folder. If the opportunity folder is locked up after Broker approval, Brokers won't have to go back into opportunity and re-approve the folder. MC compliance status queue will be accurate. Associates can still upload documents into custom folders of the opportunity if needed, which won't change the status of the opportunity.

  15. In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

  16. The change to MC Tasks this week has not been a good one. I think the idea was to have it mimic the Agent side, but it's too antiquated. It would be great to have it made simpler with fewer clicks and less filtering required.

  17. The user is suggesting that a "Back to Opportunities Search" button/link be added alongside the "Compliance" link at the top-left corner of the opportunity when reviewing opportunities via CommandMC.

When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. Then, once Susan onboards, she can be effectively added to associate-based Smartplans. This automatic function would be a time saver and also help us stay on top of the communication she is…

  19. We need all of the same filters we used to have in the old Compliance Queue, readily available off to the side just as before. It is incredibly counterintuitive to have to open a filters tab and then select filters and then click save. This change turned a one-click action into a 3-click action. We also no longer have the ability to filter by Opportunity type and event, this is extremely important for training new admins in market centers.
