  1. We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

    We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

    It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

  2. Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

  3. CommandMC tasks show have the ability for users to sort and to search based on the recruit that they pertain to and the assignee, not just by due date.

  4. Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?

    So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)

    Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?

    For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

  5. Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.

  6. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  7. Now that agents must add themselves to Command. There should be an option for them to add more than one beneficiary. They should have the option to add another person if necessary. The button could say add one more or next (for the next screen).

  8. Currently when sending a kw invitation to a recruit they are not able to open on their phone. It would be great if they could open on their phones.

  9. When new associates are inputting their lic information in the Join in Process part - they input their license dates, YET THE CALENDAR DOES NOT LET YOU TYPE IN DATE - you have to CLICK THROUGH EACH MONTH TO FUTURE YEARS. Why cant the calendar accept a typed in date?

  12. Would be great to add a field when we are removing associate in MC Command, asking where the agent went... Referral, C21, RE/MAX etc. And then later, it would be great to have reports showing summary of where our agents went!

  13. We have several vendors in our red carpet vendor program that do not fit into any of the pre-made categories in the Vendor Type list. So to input them, we would have to put them in an incorrect category. If we do not have the option to add custom categories (preferred solution), is there a way you can add "Other" as a category for those vendors that don't fit into the ones KW gives as an option?

  15. We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

  16. Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.

    Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

  18. Currently- the activity options are solely Call, Meeting or Text. Would like an option to log an activity for Email that might not have necessarily been through a campaign. (i.e, an agent conversation)

  19. As a reviewer in compliance it seems I am always always rejecting some items for the exact same thing. It would be nice to go to a clause manager and pick the clause that is already there so we don't need to type it all the time.

  20. Onboarding and offboarding could be faster if links to all the relevant websites and spreadsheets can be added to task items. For example: "Add agent to Office Facebook Group [bitly link to our FB Group]"

    Currently it is not possible to highlight the text in tasks items, so even non-linked websites are not usable because there is no way to copy-paste them into the address bar.
