Option for Multiple Lease Payments
Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

Streamlined Payment Process: New CSV Summary Report for Agent Payments
To streamline the process of managing agent payments and reduce the need for manual entry, we propose creating a CSV summary report by deposit. This report should include the following details:
- Deposit Number
- Agent Name
- Address
- Agent Net Amount
- Outside Referrals
- Deductions
- To be Paid/Paid
By consolidating this information into one document, it will significantly expedite the AE entries and ACH payments. An additional benefit would be the ability to import this type of file directly into AE, bypassing the need for manual data entry.

Provide a "Reject" Option for Termination Requests
There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

Bulk Remove Deductions from Associates
Right now we can choose who we want to add to a deduction for all or a group of agents, we should have that ability to remove them also. Right now you can only remove one by one

Market Center Wide Deductions
It would be great if a functionality could be added later to apply a deduction to all active agents, so we do not have to manually add agents to MC-wide deductions as we onboard agents.

Allow Only MCA and AMCA Roles to Edit Transactions
Everyone should not have the option to edit transactions. Only the MCA/AMCA should have access to edit Transactions.

Add Custom Fields for Associates
Ability to add custom fields in an associate record to store additional information such as Key Fob Numbers, Auto Insurance details, association ID numbers, etc

Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

Show Deposits' Editing History
If a deposit is edited, the system should track, and show, the changes made to the deposit. IE the transactions added or removed.

Randomize/Customize Order of Agents on "Our Agents" Page
In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.
Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.
I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

Merge Vendors or Vendor Duplicate Check
We need the ability to merge vendors - or at the very least, prohibit agents from creating multiple. Use the EIN as the check. This is very important for co-brokers

Hide Agents from "Our Agents" Page
MC Site Admins want options to hide certain MC Associates from dynamically populating on their public-facing MC Site roster page ("Our Agents").
Primary examples are the MC's ProCoach accounts, which are not real "human" Agents.

Deduction Limit Per Number of Transactions
Create a feature where you can make a certain deduction apply to a certain number of transactions before it stops automatically. For example, a PC deduction will apply to the agent's next three transactions and then stop automatically or the deduction will apply until the agent's MC cap has been met. This could apply to a wide range of scenarios where the agent will have a deduction for a set period of time or a number of transactions.

Change Deductions Decimal Limit from 2 to 4
Need to adjust the allowed decimals from the current two to four. This is due to the various fees for business license per locality.

Deduction Limit per Total Paid Amount
Deductions. For recurring deductions. There should be a total gross amount. With each transaction any amount paid toward that should reduce that amount until it gets to "zero" and the deduction stops.

Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

Add Referring Brokerage as Vendor Field
Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

View Closed and Archived Opportunities
Earlier today, an agent came into my office looking for a HUD document for a transaction that settled in 2023 because the state was after the seller for $15k.
My fist instinct was to search the property in Command MC, but the opportunity wasn't visible to me.
My second instinct was to search in DocuSign as Michele since MCA has access to every room. After searching and finding nothing I realized that wouldn't have been helpful anyways because the HUDs and ALTAs don't get uploaded to DocuSign.
