When trying to fully integrate Command MC into MC leadership's day-to-day, not being able to edit duplicate/ambiguous tags is a major pain point and causes hesitation to utilize the system available to us and that we should be promoting to Associates.
Since Recruit tags are heavily relied on by each role (TLs, MCTT, Agent Services, DOFI, etc.), it is imperative that leadership can institute a system so the tags translate between the different roles, and when "rogue" tags are created, they can be managed.

Once a MC Leader is removed from the MC in Command, other MC Leaders are unable to manage (edit or remove) tags created by the past MC Leaders which has caused duplicate tags, unnecessary/redundant tags, etc. Tag management in Command MC should be based on role not user (e.g. OP and MCA, or MC Leader, etc.).
