Open House sign in sheets are very little value to the seller. We can only let them know how many people visited. We should have items like rate my home on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Is the price High, Just Right, little Low, What are the best features, what improvements would you suggest. This kind of feedback would bring value to our sellers where we are seeing Days on market extend out now.

I use jot forms as a way to submit offers to our team. It has a beautiful interface and the backend where the submissions are allow me to stack and sort my offers on a property as well as set up notifications. I embed this as an offer page on my site, I also use it as a Open House page currently as the Open House form we have is not of much value to our sellers. I need to be able to ask questions the sellers are wanting to know from the open houses like what they thought of the price, condition, and if the client is working with an agent.
