   When inputting the work anniversary date please allow us to just type in the date rather than clicking through the months. This takes too much time and the months don't show the year so if its a few years back we have to click though a ridiculous amount of months while keeping track of the year.....

   This is also not a good "look" for Command for our onboarding agents. "We have this great system" yet we can't just put in the date....
