This can be achieved in the Phases and Stages of Opportunities. It took my crew three weeks to set it up. The first part is writing out your flow for each phase and stage; this takes the longest. Then, hire your teenager or adult child to input the data in each Phase and Stage.

Please make Tasks printable with checkboxes,
Task Columns: description, Contact/Opportunity, Assign to, and Priority level. I can not stare at the computer for long periods without getting a headache. Printing the task without character distortions will make it easier for me to check off my task on paper and then check it in Command. I aim to use my Task Manager and Calendar together because the tasks do not automatically populate in my Google Calendar Task. If you all could link the Task Manager and Google Calendar Task, that would be most helpful.Julie Loving-Scott supported this idea ·
