I now understand that tags must be removed before archiving. I recently discovered that contacts I archived were receiving my emails. I think this needs to be clearly added to instructions when archiving.
Many Command users would likely believe that archiving a contact stops all communications. Maybe there could be a "switch". When they are archived, communications stop. If the contact is reactivated, then the communication could be turned on again. There could be a question bubble when a contact is reactivated, that asks, "do you want to restart communications?" This would be the clearest approach.

The System tags are in the way, and I only use a couple of them. I'd like to be able to delete all the system tags that I don't use.

If a "lead" is phishing , spam, or selling advertising, and we don't want it in our database, I'd like the ability to delete it from the box rather than have to go into my archived contacts to delete it.
