  1. We have had trouble tracking commercial properties in Command MC because the Units & Square Footage info populate in the same tracking column.

    To help consistency we made a policy for Commercial Leases to take the entire volume on the FIRST transaction and the remaining will be at $0. It will help us track more ACCURATELY what is being closed by not processing a lease as an Outside Referral. Although now the system won't let us process a lease for $0.

    We implemented this after listening to the MCA call with the Commercial team and now the process is broken…

  2. There should be notification of there being a note in a transaction, so we know to open the notes tab

  3. I need to be able to see an agents side of the work flow on their commissions tab so I can assist and help point them in the right direction when they are creating their commission tab.

  4. When the CDA is printed, include today's date automatically as well as include an uploaded signature based on the user. This would save time from opening the .pdf, adding the date and signature, then re-saving the file.

  5. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  6. Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

  8. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  9. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

  10. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  11. In the Disbursements area- the Other Brokers should be listed by Brokerage instead of agent name. All of our checks are written to the brokerage. Right now we are forced to go to the opportunity to find the name of the brokerage.

  12. CO$ transfer to another MC, when executed removes the amount paid in by the agent from their cap status! We need to have it remain as paid in CO$ in their status and reports because they have paid it, we just transferred it. There is no way to know now when they reach cap except by keeping an excel sheet.

  13. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  14. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

  15. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

  16. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  17. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

  18. We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

    We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

    It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

  19. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  20. We need to be able to make adjustments the same way that we were able to in WinMore. In WinMore, we could subtract and add whatever amount we wanted while doing an adjustment. We cannot do that with the available options and it is an absolute nightmare to create adjustments.
