  1. Aggregate Deductions with same payee. Currently if a fee is split between agents on a transaction, the Commission Disbursement Authorization shows multiple line items for the same deduction. It would be great if these could be totaled up.

    For example, a $100 fee split between 2 agents would show as $50 and $50 on the PDF. I would love if it would recognize the same payee, and total the amounts for a cleaner CDA. (A toggle would be phenomenal)

  2. MCA's need to be able to edit the referral amount in the transaction, right now we have to delete it, then add it back in to correct them amount -

  3. In the Disbursements area- the Other Brokers should be listed by Brokerage instead of agent name. All of our checks are written to the brokerage. Right now we are forced to go to the opportunity to find the name of the brokerage.

  4. Stop sending out notifications to the agents when KW fees are added the DA. They are getting these notifications, even if you don't add them. They are for the KW Cares, KW Next Gen, and BOLD. I have had several agents contact me freaking out as they have not signed up for these deductions, and we didn't enter anything in for those fields. Just turn it off or if the agent wants to add it, then a notification should be sent in Command that the MCA is notified that the agent added it, and only then. I have had several…

  5. Please show the breakdown of "additional deductions" on the commission tab within a transaction. currently, you have to click the "Edit" button to see the individual deductions that make up "Additional Deductions". Thank you!

  6. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  7. Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

  8. We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.

    Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.

  9. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

  10. Please allow the ability to print the KW Invoice as a PDF in its existing layout, similar to the Profit Share Calcs PDF format from WinMORE. The current help article recommends taking a screenshot and downloading the image. This not only reduces the image quality dramatically but it also adds an image file to our file folders instead of a PDF. Not everyone has a photo viewer installed on their computer in order to open image files.

  11. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

  12. We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

    We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

    It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

  13. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  14. When in the Transaction Screen, all the ones that need action taken, should be at the top (Submitted, Resubmitted, and Request for Termination. Closed and Terminated should be at the bottom. Or have settings that we can set as our default, and it opens that screen as we have set up as our default view every time we go in there.

  15. The agent's commission details should show how much of the unit was allocated to them. This is helpful for our agents/teams to track their unit production.

  16. It would be very helpful for moving back and forth between Transactions to Opportunities if the ID was readily available on the "quick view" page via a clickable link (like how the Transaction ID is currently clickable). I know that currently you can click the Trans# and then see the Opportunity ID within Property Details, but even that one is not clickable.

  17. It would be great if the transaction notes could be visible on the associate detail screen while editing a transaction. I often have to save the unfinished transaction, go back to the notes tab, then click the pencil again and click through to the associate detail section again to make the edits according to the note.

  18. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  19. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

  20. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…
