  1. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

  2. Would like the ability to add tags to agents that correspond to job codes in AccountEdge so when we pull reports, we can see totals per job and pull reports per job instead of having to manually calculate.

  3. We need a report that shows the agent's net amount (1099 amount) like the DA list from WinMore used to. I've had a handful of agents ask for loan purposes, plus we'll need this report for year-end.

  4. To streamline the process of managing agent payments and reduce the need for manual entry, we propose creating a CSV summary report by deposit. This report should include the following details:

    • Deposit Number
    • Agent Name
    • Address
    • Agent Net Amount
    • Outside Referrals
    • Deductions
    • To be Paid/Paid

    By consolidating this information into one document, it will significantly expedite the AE entries and ACH payments. An additional benefit would be the ability to import this type of file directly into AE, bypassing the need for manual data entry.

  6. Agents find it confusing that using "Inside Referral" makes it so that the receiving Agent pays the Co. $ of the referring agent. I suggest either changing that practuce OR adding a warning advising them that that will happen and offering the option of adding the referring agent as a second agent in the transaction.

  7. The user is suggesting that a "Back to Opportunities Search" button/link be added alongside the "Compliance" link at the top-left corner of the opportunity when reviewing opportunities via CommandMC.

  8. Display an itemized subtotal of the companies paid and the amounts included in the 'Outside Referral' total on the Agent Commission Details Form.

    For example, if both ABC Realty and XYZ Real Estate are being paid an outside referral, it is helpful for the associate to easily see that $N.NN was paid to ABC Realty and $N.NN was paid XYZ Real Estate.

  9. Currently, when reviewing multiple compliance documents, there's an issue where the notification placement interferes with workflow. After opening a form and selecting the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner, a notification appears stating "Your document has been successfully updated."

    This message temporarily covers the action buttons, preventing users from immediately moving to the next form. Since it remains on screen for a few seconds, users are forced to wait before proceeding.

    We would like to request that this notification be repositioned so it does not block the buttons, allowing for a more seamless and efficient review process.

  10. Everyone should not have the option to edit transactions. Only the MCA/AMCA should have access to edit Transactions.

  13. In Command MC Reports, please add the filter “Real Estate Start Date” to allow users to create more detailed custom reports. This filter would be highly beneficial and was previously available in Winmore.

  14. Currently, the default property search page currently is Austin TX, Headquarters. This is confusing for consumers when they get to our MC site that is not located in Texas. All MC/BC sites should default to their franchise address.

  15. Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

  16. Please add the filter options “Property Type” and “Classification” for compliance requests. When reviewing compliance items, I often need to sort by those specific criteria, and having these filters available would greatly improve the review process.

  17. Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.

  18. Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $6,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

  19. In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

  20. Please use the Military information label in a way any office can see who is or not affiliated.

    WE would like to have a report about this, something like (Military status) Active/inactive and if active, try to show the name of any of those 8 statuses on website settings!
