Default Search Location Should be the MC Address
Currently, the default property search page currently is Austin TX, Headquarters. This is confusing for consumers when they get to our MC site that is not located in Texas. All MC/BC sites should default to their franchise address.

Add Referring Brokerage as Vendor Field
Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

Sort Transactions by Submitted Date and Closed Date
Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.

Delete Recruit Tags Created by Prior Leadership
Have the capability to remove or edit tags created for Recruit Tags that is not personally owned. When a staff member leaves KW, the tags they created are still present.

Show Confetti at Command Login for Capped Associates
MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

An agent applet showing compliance status for upcoming completions on Agent Homepage
Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.
My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

Allow 0 Units and $0 Volume for Recurring Lease Transactions
We have had trouble tracking commercial properties in Command MC because the Units & Square Footage info populate in the same tracking column.
To help consistency we made a policy for Commercial Leases to take the entire volume on the FIRST transaction and the remaining will be at $0. It will help us track more ACCURATELY what is being closed by not processing a lease as an Outside Referral. Although now the system won't let us process a lease for $0.
We implemented this after listening to the MCA call with the Commercial team and now the process is broken…

Automatic Deduction Limits for recurring deductions
Create a feature where you can make a certain deduction apply to a certain number of transactions before it stops automatically, or when a total deduction amount threshhold is reached. For example, a PC deduction will apply to the agent's next three transactions and then stop automatically or the deduction will apply until the agent's MC cap has been met. This could apply to a wide range of scenarios where the agent will have a deduction for a set period of time or a number of transactions.

Remove Recruits from SmartPlans after KW Invitation is Complete
When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

Appointments Show in Timeline
Allow logged appointments in Command MC to populate on the recruit and associate card timlines.
Currently, logged appointments do not appear on the recruit or associate card timelines and require looking in two different tabs. It would be great to see these on the timeline with other events.

Bulk Download of Agent 1099 Report
I love the new 1099 Report for agents! I want to share them with my associates. Right now, you have to click into every report for download and when you go back to the list, you have to CLICK the prior year and SCROLL every single time rather than to where you left off.
We have 440 agents, and this will be SO time consuming. In a perfect world, we could bulk download the PDFs with names. And if we could just open the link in a new tab OR go back to where we left off on the back…

KWLS/ Creating and Accepting Offer
I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

Allow Become User for Command Users
Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

Adjust Notification Placement for Smoother Compliance Review Workflow
Currently, when reviewing multiple compliance documents, there's an issue where the notification placement interferes with workflow. After opening a form and selecting the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner, a notification appears stating "Your document has been successfully updated."
This message temporarily covers the action buttons, preventing users from immediately moving to the next form. Since it remains on screen for a few seconds, users are forced to wait before proceeding.
We would like to request that this notification be repositioned so it does not block the buttons, allowing for a more seamless and efficient review process.

Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command $6,000 not $50,000
Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $6,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

Support Chat box
When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. Create separate fields for mailing address and main address
In the associate cards, several of our agents have listed PO Boxes as their address for mailing purposes. It would be great if we had the ability to add multiple addresses in the associate cards so that when natural disasters strike in our region, we can check their address listed in CommandMC to see the likelihood that they would have been affected by the event and call them accordingly while maintaining their mailing address for the purpose of sending birthday cards, congratulatory gifts, etc.
