  1. is there a way in command mc to see how many of our agents run campaigns? and how many campaigns they run? the vital signs report does not have it so just wondering if there's another way

  2. Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).

  3. Agents find it confusing that using "Inside Referral" makes it so that the receiving Agent pays the Co. $ of the referring agent. I suggest either changing that practuce OR adding a warning advising them that that will happen and offering the option of adding the referring agent as a second agent in the transaction.

  5. Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

  6. For some operations within our Market Center, an email being sent to a new agent and copying other leadership members is the notice to begin getting in connection with that new agent. For example, our DAS will send an initial email inviting them to Orientation and will copy our Productivity Coach to give them the heads-up on reaching out and getting connected for new agent training.

    It would be great to have the option to copy other emails or leadership associates to an email within a SmartPlan for them to be in the loop or receive any email replies.

  7. An option similar to the KW Cares deduction, where we can set up a field that allows agents to put x amount of their commission towards a deduction customized by the MC. This would be helpful for having agents see the option to stow aside money for KW Event tickets like MAC and FR, as well as what our office would use it for, putting money towards the agents association bill every transaction so it is not a surprise when the year end comes.

  8. Having to download and print the deposit slip and summary separately for each deposit takes up a lot of time. For those of us that have multiple business centers that we put on separate deposits and have to do additional separate deposits for each location for checks vs wires received, this can become a huge time suck. It would be wonderful if the reports for each deposit would either auto download in one pdf or auto print.

  9. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

  11. Would like the ability to add tags to agents that correspond to job codes in AccountEdge so when we pull reports, we can see totals per job and pull reports per job instead of having to manually calculate.

  13. We need a report that shows the agent's net amount (1099 amount) like the DA list from WinMore used to. I've had a handful of agents ask for loan purposes, plus we'll need this report for year-end.

  14. To streamline the process of managing agent payments and reduce the need for manual entry, we propose creating a CSV summary report by deposit. This report should include the following details:

    • Deposit Number
    • Agent Name
    • Address
    • Agent Net Amount
    • Outside Referrals
    • Deductions
    • To be Paid/Paid

    By consolidating this information into one document, it will significantly expedite the AE entries and ACH payments. An additional benefit would be the ability to import this type of file directly into AE, bypassing the need for manual data entry.

  19. Currently when you download an agent's MYT or sales transactions or closed list, their names do not "download" on it, nor does the nice headings - so if printing off several, their names are not listed on the report.

  20. Everyone should not have the option to edit transactions. Only the MCA/AMCA should have access to edit Transactions.
