  1. Right now, the Listings Taken report in the Month End Close tab is the only report sorted by first name. Please switch it to sorted by last name so it matches the other reports (Contracts Written, Contracts Closed). This would make it so much easier to verify Home Runs each month.

  2. MC Leaders with the "Compliance Coordinator" and "MC Broker" leadership roles should have access to edit the license expiration dates and MLS IDs in the Associates tab of CommandMC. As it stands, only OP, MCA, TL, Assistant MCA, Assistant TL accounts have access to edit this information.

  3. Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
    Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!

  4. Can the region have a report that tells us which agent has transferred from one market center to another? I know we can see how many agents have been transferred to different MC but I would like to know the names of the agents and which MC they transferred from.

  5. For CommandMC email designs there is no option for pretty email designs and just text only. Would love to see a feature to import email designs into CommandMC.

  6. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  7. We would like the Heatseeker leads to be removed from the Recruit Management SmartView titled “Leads Last 7 Days – Not Contacted."

    We have noticed that by the time Heatseeker leads appear in this SmartView, they have often already moved on or are no longer in the area. Removing them from this Smartview saves us time from having to log an interaction to make them go away.

  8. Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
    Such as:
    Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
    Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplans

    Last contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

  9. Allow agents to choose their primary Market Center for awards purposes. I have 2 situations where an agent is active in my MC, joined a 2nd MC out of state, has done little to no business there, yet, their awards information and medals go to the new MC - they are a top 10 agent in my MC and on the ALC and the new MC barely knows who they are.   12. It would be wonderful if we could pull the Associate Sales Transaction Detail report by closed PERIOD, instead of closed DATE.
    As agents ask for (or trying to pull) a transaction list that matches their 1099, the closed PERIOD option would allow for a report to match their 1099. Pulling by closed DATE doesn't always work if they had a property closed at the end of December, but it wasn't processed until after month-end, making it count for the new year.

  13. A discrepancy has been identified in the "Top Associates Report" where Solo Agents are being misclassified. This occurs when a Solo Agent is configured as a "Team" within the Team Management system, despite the team's only other member(s) being an Unlicensed Admin. As a result, the reporting tool incorrectly places these individuals under the "Teams" or "Groups" category, rather than classifying them as "Solo Agents."

  15. In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

  16. Would love a place to be able to upload office docs and resources specific to our market center (like a link or file bank we can build out for our agents). Maybe put the resource page link in the dropdown under the agents name in the top right corner? Would be super helpful to have everything they need in one place right in Command.

  17. We utilize this area to indicate breakdown of commissions and transaction fees or concessions since it is not detailed on the CDA itself and only lists the adjusted GCI.

    In addition, we would like to NOW be able to indicate if the Seller, Buyer, or combination of both are paying said commission.

    Having this in the comments, rather than adding them separately after printing the pdf ensures this information stays with the CDA in the event it is revised.

  18. Agents find it confusing that using "Inside Referral" makes it so that the receiving Agent pays the Co. $ of the referring agent. I suggest either changing that practuce OR adding a warning advising them that that will happen and offering the option of adding the referring agent as a second agent in the transaction.

  19. For some operations within our Market Center, an email being sent to a new agent and copying other leadership members is the notice to begin getting in connection with that new agent. For example, our DAS will send an initial email inviting them to Orientation and will copy our Productivity Coach to give them the heads-up on reaching out and getting connected for new agent training.

    It would be great to have the option to copy other emails or leadership associates to an email within a SmartPlan for them to be in the loop or receive any email replies.

  20. When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
    We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.
