To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. The whole point of the website is to capture leads. It should be created as a lead funnel. We should not be directing people away from our sites to fill out forms or to capture leads so if we want to embed a form, we should be able to link a CTA button to the form, lower on the same page.

  3. I like how we can add our vendors from HomeEasy on our website. What would be even more helpful is being able to filter what kind of vendors we want to highlight.

    So for example, if I have a page about home financing, I'd like to only highlight the loan officers I work with, instead of my entire vendor list.

  4. Right now we can add hyper specific neighborhoods, but not entire towns. Often times I have clients who are looking across an entire town, and they don't need emails from every single specific neighborhood, but what's happening broadly across a town.

    This would also be very helpful in being able to iframe onto pages if we're covering a large geographic area. For example, I have clients looking across Medford, MA, but have to individually select each neighborhood.

  5. I have my own custom neighborhood pages that highlight things to do, closeby public transit, and other links to the local area. One thing that would be helpful is being able to iframe the market data section specifically from the neighborhood page onto this. This way I don't have to manually update the page.

  6. When I click on a neighborhood in a profile, I'd like for it to stay on my personal branded page instead of getting redirected to the generic KW page.

  7. I use Google voice regularly for most of my business communication. Is there a way to sync Google Voice with KW command? This way we can see all communication (calls (including duration) and texts).

  8. I have created content that I'd like to post on a landing page, which would require someone to fill out their contact information to access it. This way, I can create social media advertisements or post links on my marketing material to capture the lead's information.

    A good example of this is a "Condominium Buying Guide", where I can create a paid social media advertisement targeting potential condo homebuyers, with downloading that guide being the CTA. Then after they download it, it gives me an opportunity to follow up with them since they input their information.

  9. We need the ability to store PDFs and Ebooks that can be linked within our agent site . This will enable us to have the ability to put links in blogs or custom pages on our website and get information to our clients without having to use google drive.
    For example, you create a blog and can put, “Moving to Anytown USA? Download my FREE Anytown Relocation Guide for insider tips, neighborhood insights, and moving checklists! [Insert CTA Link Here]. They can click the link that would trigger a lead form that would put them in your database.

  11. It would be great for consumers to have the ability to subscribe to our blog and receive emails when a new blog is posted. It would also be nice if we could add current contacts to this list to receive them as well with the ability to unsubscribe from blog posts only and not all KW emails (ie smartplans).

  13. Allow the agent contact information in the consumer app under "your agent" to be clickable so that consumers can click to call or email their agent directly from the app.

  14. On the home page of our agent sites, make our name and location at the upper left corner larger than the company logo which is just below our name.

  15. One of the most common structures for agent sites is to curate lists of properties by neighborhood. This is fine if all you want to do is link to a saved search page, but if you want to include a header and a brief description of the area and possibly links to more info, the only option is to embed a snapshot of a search on your own page and this looks terrible. The radius search is useless for this. In practice, a radius search is not very functional as most people want to search by town, neighborhood or school…

  16. Currently our clients must manually navigate to create an account on our agent and team websites. Assuming they use the same email address we have on their contact record, Command will link the agent site connection.

    We need the ability to send Command contacts an invitation via text or email to "activate" their agent site connection. This would significantly increase the conversion rate of contacts creating an account on the consumer sites.

  18. Option to collapse pages and modules by category on home page. It is very cumbersome to scroll through all the blog posts to get to the custom pages, and HTML and so on.

  20. Today, agent sites do not fully exploit their potential as a lead capture tool. And this is a huge waste, because through the Campaigns module, we can create campaigns on the Google Display Network and remarket our contacts, which is very powerful. But unfortunately we cannot use this, because we have to direct the leads to the website.

    And on the website, the experience of requesting contact with the agent is not at all intuitive:

    First, the lead needs to click on 'Contact KW' (which could be translated as 'Send Message')

    Second, a popup appears for them to log in,…
