The original Labs version of a call as a New Activity looked very much like the request being made. We need to be able to say if call was answered, no answer or if a voice message was left.

Agents need the ability to add files (PDFs, Word docs, etc) to Contact. The current Notes section is less than useful and often we take handwritten notes when meeting face-to-face and scan for keeping yet cannot add them to this CRM. If I perform a CMA or provide any other service as a courtesy where an Opportunity is not required, agents should have the ability to add the PDF file to the Contact.

Need the SmartPlan to be triggered off a date provided (such as a Birthday) - we send birthday cards and mid-year follow up text messages to 100s of agents. We would love to add the agent and then the platform would base the steps off the days since birthday for mid-year follow ups.
