   I use AI recorders for in person meetings. The notes are presented in PDF format. I need that format to remain as it has important bullet points that are essential to remembering the meeting's highlights. The current format from ancient Rome is not user friendly and causes more issues than it solves.

   Need the SmartPlan to be triggered off a date provided (such as a Birthday) - we send birthday cards and mid-year follow up text messages to 100s of agents. We would love to add the agent and then the platform would base the steps off the days since birthday for mid-year follow ups.

    The original Labs version of a call as a New Activity looked very much like the request being made. We need to be able to say if call was answered, no answer or if a voice message was left.
