Include Archived Contacts in Searches
Our team hosts events on a regular basis. We want to enter the contact information for those people who provide at the event. Often when we are attempting to create a new contact, we get all the way to the Submit button before Command shares some piece of information is with an Archived Contact. We try to perform a search in Contacts before submitting a new contact and if that piece of information matches an Archived Contact, show it. Having to enter all that information to learn it is an Archived contact is quite frustrating when you are trying to submit 30 or more people each time.
