When an agent leaves a team, contacts assigned to that team member need to be reassigned to the rainmaker automatically.
Often times a team forgets or doesn't know this needs to happen, then emails may go out from Smartplans that look like they come from that agent even though they are not on the team anymore. -

It would be great for agents/teams to be able to filter their opportunities by returned, submitted, resubmitted, approved, open much like you can in CommandMC.
