KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.
KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using. I understand that the app doesn't have full functionality, but this is logging into the actual website and it does not work completely. We are mobile agents, and should have the technology to match.
Thanks a bunch!

Right now, Opportunities are very limited on the Command mobile app. I would love to see more functionality on there where you can upload documents, submit in your commissions, etc. since you can only do that from a computer at the moment.

While working contacts in my class yesterday was an issue, if I had the category of "All Listed" in the above category choices, I would have chosen it.
We need to reevaluate how we look at the iPad platform. Agents are increasingly adopting the iPad — especially the iPad Pro — as their primary device. I had 2 agents, out of 5, using iPad Pro's while attending a Command class yesterday. They hit a roadblock when trying to filter tags. The "Apply" button at the bottom doesn't show, allowing them to complete the filter.
Connecting with KWRI Tech Support, I'm advised this problem will not be classified as "important" or it is considered a secondary issue, because KW is still looking at the iPad as a "Mobile" device, similar to the mobile phone.
The iPad — especially the iPad Pro — has become far more than just a "mobile device." It delivers the same power and functionality as many laptops today, and many agents are choosing it as their primary computing device. Newer agents in particular value its mobility, versatility, and ability to handle the demands of their business on the go.
With Command not being fully optimized for the iPad, it's creating unnecessary roadblocks. By developing full Command capabilities for the iPad, KWRI can empower agents with true mobility, keeping us ahead in real estate technology, and deliver the agent‑centric tools we need to run our businesses anywhere.
However, with Command not yet fully optimized for iPad use, agents face challenges accessing Chrome, logging into agent.kw.com, and managing their workflows seamlessly. Without full support, we risk frustration and the possibility of agents seeking CRM platforms that better align with how they prefer to work. Worse yet, we risk them moving their license to brokerages that use a CRM which is iPad friendly.
KW has always been an industry leader in innovation, and extending Command to provide full capabilities on iPad represents an opportunity to strengthen that leadership. By fully supporting the iPad platform, KWRI empowers agents with true mobility, removes barriers to adoption, and ensures that our technology continues to be both agent-centric and future-focused.
Developing Command for iPad is not just about convenience — it’s about giving agents the freedom and tools they need to run their business anywhere, keeping Keller Williams ahead of the curve in both real estate and technology.

We have many agents in our market center who don’t have a pc, and when they try to open opportunities on their tablet the screen goes blank. In some cases this happens before the agent even has access to the home page in Command. As a tech driven company, we should be able to optimize our platform for whatever platform works best for our agents.

Many agents, especially younger ones, only have access to tablets for uploading documents into opportunities, and the platform is not fully funtional in that environment
