Integrate AI within Command CRM so that when an Opportunity is marked as Closed, the associated Contact record is automatically updated.
Specifically:
Contact Type is updated based on the closed Opportunity (Buyer, Seller, Tenant, Landlord, etc.)
Contact Primary Address is updated to the new property address (when applicable)
An Anniversary date is automatically created based on the close date (for long-term follow-up and client appreciation)
This would eliminate duplicate data entry, reduce human error, and ensure Contacts stay accurate without agents needing to manually update records after every closing.
