  1. We often time have more than just 2 clients selling a home. I have personally had up to 5 and they all used different contact information. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to add more than two clients to a single opportunity.

  2. The new Property Landing Page Template is a great tool for advertising listings, however it doesn't give you the ability to add additional modules like you can in the standard landing and custom pages. I would love to see the ability to add additional modules to provide even more value to the page, such as rich text, featured listings, and more. This will give agents even more flexibility when building a landing page that will impress their customers and attract more leads.

  3. The "Total Units" field on the commission tab sits under the property information. This is confusing to agents as when agents think of "Units" they think of apartments not sales. So agents are putting 3 units for a 3 Family Home. This needs increased clarity on what belongs there, and should default to 1.

  4. Allow the use of merge tags in the email composer. That way, we can send a simple email and customize it to the contact instead of making it generic for everyone.

  6. When creating a Smart Due Date for a key opportunity date, users have no way to see if there is actually a key date available for the option they select. For example, if I create a Smart Due Date task for a listing Opportunity and I choose the "Scheduled Photographer" option, I can't see if there is a date entered into that field or not, meaning I won't get a task for it.

    I request adding the date entered into each key date field when selecting a key date for the Smart Due Date task, OR indicate that no date…

    You can use the "excludes any" or "excludes all" function in the Advanced Filter drawer to find Contacts who do not have certain tags. You can learn more at our Answers article here:

  9. Not sure what cat to put this in as it fills marketplace and smartplans as well.
    We need larger plans for teams that are sending more than 50k emails a month between email campaigns and smartplans.

  11. Within opportunity checklists: having the ability to repeat the task just as it is starting from the task tab. When an opportunity is moved to a new stage, the repeating items either have a pop-up to complete, archive, or delete.

  12. When under "Edit Stage" it would be helpful to permanently assign specific tasks to team members, and have that assignment carry through to every single opportunity. Right now, you have to freshly assign each and every task.

  13. When the key dates are filled out in the Opportunity, it would be great if an automatic task was created that says "Inspection Due" (or whatever that topic is) that is assigned. There would be an option similar to checklists on who would be assigned those tasks.

  14. Can you please enable the ability to select a default country area code? It's cumbersome to keep scrolling down to select the country area code aside from the current default of US, while I'm in Canada.

  15. Prior to updating the Paid Ad experience, we were able to save drafts of Paid Ads. In the new experience, that ability to save a draft seems to be gone. This is huge for agents who want to be strategic about which ads they run & when.

  16. Add the ability to see all of the checklist items in the "all opportunities" page so you can work through the checklists all at the same time instead of having to click into the deals every time.

    This would go alongside editing the columns on the all opportunities page like you can do in contacts.

  17. I thank you guys for finally integrating custom HTML Emails in Smartplans. However, we need a more robust email editing platform for those who are not masters in HTML. Some of the features I see on other platforms that are no brainers are missing in the Command Editor.

    • Different Email Backgrounds.
    • Picture Resize using arrows (Like Cropping).
    • More Text Options, including Text Colors and more Fonts.
    • More Layot Options.

    The current email Editor is basic at best. Constant Contact and Mailchimp are key examples that don't need a bunch of high tech customization options. Just the key editing tools.

  19. I just had a person tell me they are planning on selling in 4 years when their son graduates from college. I went to put a task to follow up in 3.5 years (we will have tasks before then too). I can not type in the date and I can't pick the year in the date picker. I have to arrow over month by month for 3.5 years.

  20. I've put together an e-mail i would like to send to my database. In the design GUI everything is lined up and formatted nicely. In fact, i didn't make any formatting changes the whole time i put the e-mail together.

    Everything looks great in desktop, tablet and mobile preview. This is great!

    Well, no, hold the phone. Send a test e-mail, and images and blocks of text are shifted left, seemingly at random. Go into the editor, nope, everything is formatted to be centered. These image and text blocks are just copy/pastes of previous ones that aren't shifted left.
