Allow direct mailing templates to be created without attaching a listing to it.
The default method in command when creating a direct mailing campaign is that you must attach a listing to it.
I would like to send a direct mailing to a condominium building where I would just like to let the residents know that I am a real estate agent. I don't have a listing in the building.
I would like to use one of the already created templates but I am blocked by doing so because I'm not attaching a listening to it.
