Actual Smart Check for Email Addresses and Phone Numbers to Prevent Duplicates
Agents need Command AI to intelligently check email addresses and phone numbers and know what is a duplicate and stop allowing duplicates to be created and update the existing contact in Command. For example - agent collects and enters Lead information into Command (agent enters =Tom Jones, Tom@Me.com, 407-555-1212). Lead either registers on agent site or Consumer app (Tom Jones, tom@me.com, 407-555-1212). Currently Command creates a new and duplicate contact when the names, phone numbers and email addresses are the same and if the agent attempted to create a saved search on the agent created contact and the contact created a saved search or search results on the contact card associated with the contact created when they registered, we have a mess. We supposedly will not allow Personal Contacts to be moved to Team accounts to prevent duplicates yet I have number of duplicates due to the AI not identifying email addresses as the same due to upper and lower care letters.
