Future Unsubscribe from SmartPlans
It would be incredibly helpful if people who unsubscribe from Smartlpans are prevented from being added to future Smartplans. I have seen notifications saying someone unsubscribed, but then they're able to added to future smartplans and get really annoyed when contacted again. There is no easy way to know this when adding people to Smartplans either.
