Make tasks viewable several days out by default or give the option to view them this way by default
It is wasteful in terms of time and extra steps to have to hit a drop down carat to view tasks due further in advance than the current date. Agents should be able to, at a minimum, opt to see foreseeable due tasks by default in their task applet and on their home page to facilitate better time utilization, future planning, and forecasting. It adds extra time when additional steps must be taken to view these tasks, which can add up when you have to manually adjust every time you look at tasks in Command.
