Choose First Name in Spouse Mailing Label

other CRMs have this for mailing labels, or other mailing label softwares do and not being able to set a certain person to be addressed first seems unprofessional

    There need to be a way to export contacts to PDF mailing labels, and if there is a spouse/partner at the same address that it will give us the option to use first names and the last name only once? i.e Bob & Gloria Pots. Currently it pulls and list it as Bob Pots and Gloria Pots... this is not the standard for addressing postal mail and looks very unprofessional. Help. :-)
