Create templates w/ multiple tasks tied to opp
Wants tempalte tasks to recylce and set deadlines on. Task list for new builds will look different from tasks assocaited with resales.

This would be great! Right now, as the opp moves through the stages, they automatically get assigned the tasks that are saved for that stage. But a new build buyer would have different tasks than a pre-existing home.
