Automated Emails w/ Triggers
A feature that allows you to create templated, simple or designed emails, that trigger based of different events.

Other consumer activities
We have the ability to set up lead routing rules, to auto-tag and auto add to SmartPlans, but the downside of this feature is that it doesn't work with people that already exist in your database. It will only trigger for new leads that hit the system based off a lead source.
Currently If someone fills out your home eval on agent site, & they already exist in your database, there is no way to add them to a SmartPlan or send them anything automatically.
