SmartPlan tasks can only be auto-assigned to an Agent or Rainmaker. It would be great to auto-assign tasks to an Admin and/or Transaction Coordinator as well so all roles can work out of one CRM and corresponding contact(s).

Creating a smartplan that can assign specific task in plan to specific team members not just assigned agent. Mean when I am creating a smartplan I would like to be able to assignee a task to a specific memeber of my team weather they are admin or the rainmaker or the assigned agent or my marketing assitant. Say task 1 goes to me task 2 goes to the assigned agent task 3 goes to my transaction manager task 4 goes to my marketing assistant. The ability to assign a specific tak during the creation of this smartplan is important. All other CRM's have this ability to state the specific person that will complete the task. (example active listing smartplan task 1- enter into mls (to be completed by guest admin1 task 2- manually post listing to facebook to be completed by guest admin2 task3- call selelr to tell them listing is live to be completed by assigned agent task 4- rainmaker call to thank them for listing with our team to be completed by rainmaker task 5- neighborhood calls to be completed by assigned agent, task 6- auto email about what happens next to be sent from guest admin 1(the listing manager) task 7- mailer to neighborhood to be completed by guest admin 1, task 8 edit video walkthorugh and create a blog to be completed by guest admin 2). etc....etc......
I should have the ability to add any person I want to a specific task within a smartplan drip. No I don't want to use the checklist

Have the ability to assign tasks to users other than Assignee or Rainmaker, just like we can do in CommandMC SmartPlans

This is a VERY important issue. As an admin, I need to have these tasks come to me so I can complete them. The agent is prospecting and hired me to do these tasks. Please consider having an option of assigning a task to a specific person (admin) AND being able to print/export a list of the tasks. Thank you for your consideration

ALOT of realtors leverage their task work. (signs, bday cards etc) We need to be able to assign tasks in smart plans to members of the team that handle said things, even if not the assigned realtor or rainmaker. Sometimes our office staff mail the bday cards (etc)

You are not allowed to assign other team members to a smart plan other than the contact assignee or rain maker. We have TC's on our team that we use the task for and it cannot directly be assigned to them. With the occurring task throughout the transaction (re assigning a contact) in the task bar everyday is not efficient.

When making a smart plan I would like to be able to assign each separate step to a specific person on my team. Currently the only options are "contact assignee" or "rainmaker"

The options should be the same as when you're creating a one off task, where you can assign it to any member of the team from the drop down. Having only Rainmaker and Contact Assignee for single agents with an assistant makes it really difficult to manage tasks for the admin since you can't choose them from the menu in the smartplan. All tasks come up as rainmaker tasks and some rainmakers don't want to assign their admin as a contact assignee on everyone in the database.

Assigning tasks in smart plans is arbitrarily confusing (only options are "rainmaker" and "contact assignee"). Why not just have roles like "Agent" or "TC", or at least a drop down of team member names?

Currently you choose which Rainmaker is the default for emails and texts. There are times where 1 Rainmaker would be who you want the email/text to come from, and other times the other Rainmaker. Can you make it sow we can choose per SmartPlan who the default Rainmaker will be?

As a rainmaker, I can't do all my tasks. It would be nice to assign certain tasks on the smartplan to my admin automatically.
