Filter by Name
I wish we could filter by First or Last Name: starts with, ends with, is empty. As of now the only way to accomplish something close to this is by sorting by first or last name. We are starting DTD2 with our group where we need last name letters, and our workaround for now is tagging each person with the letter of their last name to then build filters and SmartViews around those tags. This is quite the chore in a database of 17K+ contacts. And then finding those without a last name tag requires building an advanced filter SmartView that says "Does not include any of the tags: A, B, C, etc." which is a very silly workaround when it could just say "Last name is empty." And then being able to build a smart view where "Last name starts with A" OR "Last name starts with W" AND has certain tags. Would save hours of database setup and upkeep.
