Market Center Mass Email Feature in Command
Since the MC Intranet websites were discontinued, agents have lost the ability to send mass emails to their Market Center peers - a tool they used to share listings, buyer needs, vendor recommendations, event promotions, etc. To restore this important connectivity, Command should include a feature that allows agents to send mass emails within their own Market Center without having to manually add the Market Center roster to their contacts, as agents may not know who is new to the Market Center or who has left.

This issue is critical for our office, as seamless communication regarding listings and buyer needs is essential. In the past, we have relied on group email messaging to keep everyone connected, and this current disruption is comparable to a broken link in a chain. It must be addressed immediately, as this breakdown directly impacts company productivity and, ultimately, our bottom line.

I agree. Our office is struggling with the lack of this ability. We have shared a csv file with everyone's contact info for the agents to import but it's a challenge for it to be kept up to date with new agents that have joined us or left us. Having an office dashboard where they can also post needs/wants similar to the office intranet would help minimize the number of emails sent out.
