Canva/KW Team Brand Kit
Open the Canva/KW Enterprise account to allow a personal brand kit for teams. Canva Pro account offers an brand kit and if we are going to switch over to the enterprise account, we need to be able to design freely with both the KW logos and brand information as well as our own team branding.

We use Brand Kits in Canva to work smarter and stay visually consistent. Brand Kits were a cornerstone of productivity—storing logos, fonts, and colors so every design stayed on-brand with ease.
With the KW Canva Enterprise Edition, this functionality is gone. Agents can no longer create or manage their own Brand Kits and are instead forced into clunky workarounds that disrupt established workflows. What once felt intuitive now feels confusing and inefficient.
Pain Points:
Major workflow disruption for agents used to Brand Kits.
“Workarounds” add unnecessary steps and confusion.
Top agents and teams still need to pay for and retain their Pro or Team Canva accounts to manage multiple businesses or brands.
The change has reduced excitement and adoption of the Enterprise platform.

100% agree: we need to be able to design freely with both the KW logos and brand information as well as our own branding. We should be able to create our own brand kits to make the design process easier!

Essential for our agents to have the ability to create their own brand kit within these KW Canva Enterprise accounts! It eliminates them needing to toggle back and forth between a personal Canva account and the KW Canva account. Most agents & teams in our Market Center have their own branding.

Right now, it seems that the only brand kits you can use are KWRI’s brand kits. Market centers as well as individual agents/teams would get much more benefit from the KW Canva accounts if we had the ability to create our own brand kits instead of creating folders since fonts and color palettes aren’t available in folders.

I believe as the company that "created" teams this would have been in the first release of the integration. Otherwise we'll stick with our existing Canva subscriptions and again, not utilize a KW provided tool, watering down the value proposition.
