Ability to select a preferred Keller Home Loans loan officer for KW agent sites and app
Currently, when an agent enables Keller Home Loans (KHL) on their KW website or mobile app, the leads generated through the “Save Thousands” / KHL promotion are routed to the generic KHL site and then assigned to loan officers outside of the agent’s control. This creates two major issues:
The lead originated from the agent’s KW site but is assigned to another loan officer, causing the agent to lose the opportunity.
Since KHL loan officers are often dual-career (loan officer + realtor), this may also result in losing the lead to another real estate agent.
Proposed Feature:
Add an option in KW Command → Website/App Settings to not only “Enable KHL” but also select a preferred loan officer from KHL.
When a consumer visits the KW agent’s site/app and clicks on the KHL option (e.g., on listing detail pages), the system should automatically direct the consumer to the agent’s designated KHL loan officer profile instead of the generic KHL site.
Business Value / Why it Matters:
Protects leads that agents generate through their own KW websites/apps.
Aligns with industry standards — most CRMs allow integration with a preferred lender.
Provides a stronger partnership between KW and Keller Home Loans, giving agents confidence in enabling KHL on their sites.
Prevents loss of leads to competing realtors who are also loan officers within KHL.
Example (Agent’s case):
Charlotte Trux, licensed loan originator with KHL, adds KHL to her KW site. When a buyer clicks the KHL button on a listing, they are sent to the generic KHL site, and the lead is assigned to another loan officer. This results in the agent losing both the mortgage lead and potentially the real estate client.
