Planner or Timeline
In the past we had a timeline built into our app and sites that has since gone away that I used with my clients. At the time the business was moving so fast we did not have time to run through that as much. Now with the sales timeline being longer and the opportunity for us to show more skill I feel like those timelines are way more useful. Our MLS (STELLAR) who uses matrix has a service called OneHome that has a nice clean interface that does exactly this and reduces the clients anxiety by letting them know exactly where they are in the process. This is a HUGE value add in my opinion for our agents to keep their clients engaged on our sites and apps and to have first class communication. I would like to have our timelines or a reimagined experience with video experience and customization.
