ADD 'ACREAGE' TO CONTACT's SAVED SEARCH FUNCTION IN COMMAND
AGENTS PLEASE UPVOTE THIS AS CRITICAL!
PLEASE ADD 'ACREAGE' FILTER TO THE SAVED SEARCHES FUNCTION!
Why is this important?
1) Currently, the only way to send listings to a buyer who wants a specific amount of acreage is through the MLS.
2) Having to do data input into the MLS and send listings through there takes buyers away from Command
3) Having to add data into the MLS takes agents off of command and duplicates efforts
4) For example: I work in a REGIONAL area over at least 6 counties. I can Draw a custom map in command to cover the areas that a buyer wants which is great! But I cannot cull out properties that are in the cities of those areas if a buyer wants say, 5 acres. It sends way to may irrelevant properties and again, drives a buyer away from KW.
5)I work out of 3 MLS systems so ensure my buyer sees all relevant listings, I need to enter them into all 3 MLS systems. It's data overwhelm for a buyer, disorganized, and too much work as an agent. Command has the system to directly send listings to each contact but it's not useable for anyone needing to filter for in town or out of town ie: varying acreage
6) The KW app has this functionality but we cannot set up a search for a client on their app
7) We should be able to see what the client looks at/clicks on from listings WE send from our backend... we can't do that if the saved searches are irrelevant
8) Acreage is a basic search parameter for all MLS, apps, websites, and sites like ZILLOW and HOMES.com and REALTOR and TRULIA. Without an acreage search, we are essentially sending people (agents AND buyers) to those sites so that we can have ALL listings aggregated across multiple MLS that can filter for acreage.
9) PLEASE! This is a basic need for functionality!
10) Many agents don't even know about the saved search feature (and custom map). It's underused and under rated.
11) Acreage/Parcel size is as basic a parameter as BEDS, BATH, SQ FT, PRICE!
AGENTS PLEASE MARK THIS AS CRITICAL AND LETS MAXIMIZE WORKFLOW WITH SAVED SEARCHES!

This should be a searchable field in our rural communities. Please consider making it one.

We are unable to utilize command’s search feature without a field regarding acreage. This field is absolutely necessary to conduct proper searches and to create accurate property evaluations.

Honestly, the entire custom search process could be refined quite a bit, but for sure, an acreage filter is critical for agents to be able to actually serve our clients at a high level. The lack of this filter (amongst other common sense refinements) pushed me further away from the command ecosystem to the point where everything I do is outside command apart from the required compliance process. This acreage thing has been an issue for me ever since joining the company, and it is shocking that the platform designers seem to have little feedback or input (or interest in applying said feedback) from agents operating in everyday real estate from a more broad swath of property types.

In upstate NY, many clients are looking for acreage on sales. This would be a great addition!

This is a necessary function for rural offices. For many customers acreage is the first or primary concern.

Great idea! I was just wondering why this wasn't a feature.

I find it super annoying AND a big gap in user friendly functionality that acreage is not an option in Command. As agents in a very rural population we all get buyers looking for farm land or large parcels for hunting and recreation. Kindly please roll-out an update that provides this essential search perimeter. With my real estate business, Acreage, is one of the MOST asked about items from Buyers.

This is something that would make the lives of rural agents so much easier, I was honestly kind of surprised to find out it was not already a function.

Please consider this, after having worked with Command now I have enough knowledge that this system could use improvement assuming you want it used regularly.
