be able to open sent emails in timeline
If a contact calls me with a question from an email I sent via smartplan, it would be really helpful to be able to open and see that email from their timeline.
For example, I send out monthly neighborhood nurture emails via a smartplan, and a contact called about a specific house in the email. I couldn't see what they were talking about because I can't open that email.
