Email Report Engagement Aggregation
I’d like to see an option where you can pull a report that shows whether a contact has opened an email, and/or engaged with it over any custom month span.
For example, If I send out 2 emails a month to each client, I want to know if X client opened both emails, clicked on anything, and be able to track if they’re doing it consistently month to month to know who’s actively engaging in content.
Currently you can look at each month’s email reports and see who’s opened your emails, and who’s engaged/clicked on something within them. That information doesn’t translate to the client’s contact page, unless they’ve clicked on a specific listing. Without scrolling through each month and reading every email address, you can’t tell who’s consistently opening or engaging with your emails. The “recently active” tab only publishes clicks on listings from the Neighborhood Nurture reports - not any of the monthly newsletters, etc. The client contact activity info only shows what’s been emailed out and if they’ve clicked on a specific listing, but not if an email has been opened.
