Responding to Text Message Limits
I’ve set up a SmartPlan with email and text messages that went out to my local contacts, about 1,000 people. Text messaging gets by far the most responses, however, Command limits how many replies I can send. I’m only able to respond to 5 text messages at a time, then I have to wait 5 minutes before I can reply to another 5.
I’d like to have this limit removed so I can respond to everyone in a timely manner and provide better service to my clients and contacts.
