Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Block Spam to Twilio Number

    I’m receiving automated texts through my twilio account. These texts are many characters to include emojis. There are consuming my credits. How do I block that number from using all my credits.

  2. Notification for Leadership When Chosen as Sponsor

    Receive notification when an agent picks leadership or staff members as a sponsor so a conversation can happen before that is accepted to keep the culture of profit share, so it can be corrected and changed if needed before it becomes non-changeable.

  3. Email Notification if SmartPlan Sent to Invalid Email Address

    If a smart plan error occurs because of invalid email address and/or merge fields are missing, notification to be sent via email to the agent

  4. Show Received Emails in Contact Timeline

    It would be helpful if we could read the email a Contact sent in Command, instead of having to go search it in my email. For example, I set up a smart plan and I've had clients respond, but I can't read their responses in Command.

  5. Show Sold Properties in Neighborhood Nurture

    It is very important that a client (potential seller) receives a bi-weekly neighborhood Nurture including Active, Pending and SOLD properties in order to they have an idea how is the market regarding the last sold similar properties an make a quicker decision selling their units. Only Active and Pending unit are shown. Please see attached the screenshots.

  6. Add Option for Email/Text Notifications

    It would be great to have the ability to turn on or off notifications and have the option to choose where they go. I would really like to have the option to have oportunity compliance command notifications be directed twards my emial.

  9. Allow Multiple Twilio Numbers per User

    Sometimes an agent works for two different states or areas and needs a Twilio number with two or more different area codes. One Command account should be able to handle having more than one Twilio phone number associated with it.

  10. Verify a Lead's Phone Number and Email Address

    ??RECOMMENDATION for KW Command Programmers...When the lead completes the form to view our FB and IG Ads, could a verification text with a code be created and they enter the code before they are actually added as a Lead?Something to keep the fake leads from coming in.
