Only Provide KWLS Option When Entering Offer
There is no point to having a typable field for the address on an Offer in Opportunities if it causes an error every time and forces you to select from KWLS. This has caused a lot of confusion and frustration for our leadership team and our agents, especially on buyer side transactions.
This change would help prevent a lot of confusion on how to properly fill out an offer.

Automatically Archive Opportunity Tasks
Opportunity checklists should automatically archive off of the task list when the opportunity archives, or if the contact is archived. Possibly also provide an option for if the task was on a previous stage, ask if it should be marked as complete on behalf of the agent.

Import the new signed documents from Loop into the Loop that has already been imported in Command
When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

client updates
It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

Assigning Assignees to Tasks
When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites.
Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.

Highlight non-compliant files in "All opportunities" view
When looking at the "All Opportunities" view it would be helpful if non-compliant opportunities could be highlighted so we can quickly and easily see which files need attention.

Having an email address within each opportunity
Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

Messages about contacts
I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

Opportunities WITHDRAWN from the MLS or TERMINATED
Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

word search in documents uploaded
In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.

Eliminate the pop up box when checking off a task in an opportunity
A pop up box comes up every time you check off a task in an opportunity. This box gets in the way of reading & checking off the other tasks, so you have to scroll to see the next task you want to check off. Eliminate the pop up box so that we can quickly check off the tasks that have been completed. The pop up box is not necessary. We don't need a pop up box to tell us we just completed checking off a task.

Auto-Calculate Referrals Split Between Agents on Commission
When an agent is putting a referral in, and there are multiple agents, it is not calculating under each agent, it has to be calculated manually.

Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity
Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.
Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.

Parties to Transaction - make address & company nickname optional fields
Under "parties to transaction", when creating a new party, it requires company nickname & address. Make this an optional field. This info is not on a contract. Because the fields are required, you can't create the new party & have to record it in notes instead.
