Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity
Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.
Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.

Add a scroll bar to the Closing This Month section in the Opportunities applet
There is no scroll bar in that menu so it looks like a static chart. They should put a scroll bar so people know they can scroll for the rest.

Change Opportunity Name in Command to Property Address, not the Contact name
Can we get the Opportunity Name (shadow) in Command to say "Property Address" NOT the Contact Name. The Contact name is ALREADY in there. It makes it impossible to find the Opportunity in Command when it's put in with a Customer/Contact name.

Trigger email from stage change in opportunity
Add the option so that once an Opportunity is changed to a different stage, it would automatically send a specific email out to that client. For example: An Opportunity changes from a stage called "Showings" to a stage called "Under Contract" - An email would automatically be sent out with details for the clients next steps.

Tenant need to have a consult like the Buyer. Tenants can be represented and we need to have that paperwork done and recorded before a going under contract with a lease.

Import the new signed documents from Loop into the Loop that has already been imported in Command
When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

Finance Type
Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.

Share Opportunities between Individual Agents
Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

Support International Phone Numbers in Commissions for Referrals
Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

Messages about contacts
I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

Opportunities WITHDRAWN from the MLS or TERMINATED
Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

word search in documents uploaded
In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.
