To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  3. When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

  4. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  5. When looking at the "All Opportunities" view it would be helpful if non-compliant opportunities could be highlighted so we can quickly and easily see which files need attention.

  8. In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

  9. Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

  11. Hello! We are a growing team and we have run into the issue of our DOO not being able to see all of the Team's opportunities; only the rainmaker can. The only way for them to see the opportunities is if they are assigned to him which seems a bit of a hassle. We don't want to add him as another Rainmaker in Command Teams as that would mess up our reporting.

    So, can we have a function where the team DOO or admin has the ability to see all of the team's opportunities? Or, throw this permission into the…

  14. Add the option so that once an Opportunity is changed to a different stage, it would automatically send a specific email out to that client. For example: An Opportunity changes from a stage called "Showings" to a stage called "Under Contract" - An email would automatically be sent out with details for the clients next steps.

  15. Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.

    Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.

  16. There is no scroll bar in that menu so it looks like a static chart. They should put a scroll bar so people know they can scroll for the rest.

  19. Can we get the Opportunity Name (shadow) in Command to say "Property Address" NOT the Contact Name. The Contact name is ALREADY in there. It makes it impossible to find the Opportunity in Command when it's put in with a Customer/Contact name.

  20. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.
