it would be great to be able to automatically trigger a recruiting smart plan based on a new inbound lead be it from locations.kw.com or a mass import with the same tag or simply to target a specific brokerage or group of contacts.

Hello! My Team Leader has had a KW RE Business for over a decade and has previously used her personal command for her business...so it's connected to her facebook. We have a KW Facebook but It would be better if we could connect that to Command MC and run campaigns through that!

Vested Renewal Declination Offboarding Portal
Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?
So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)
Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?
For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

Transfer Recruit to Another MC
Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

Add Additional Beneficiary when Onboarding
Now that agents must add themselves to Command. There should be an option for them to add more than one beneficiary. They should have the option to add another person if necessary. The button could say add one more or next (for the next screen).

Add Brokerage Transferred To Field When Removing Associate; Provide Reporting
Would be great to add a field when we are removing associate in MC Command, asking where the agent went... Referral, C21, RE/MAX etc. And then later, it would be great to have reports showing summary of where our agents went!

Compliance Emails to Different Email Address
We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

Customize Recruit Card Information in Pipeline
When I click into my recruit pipeline I would love to have the ability to change what information is on the recruit "card" from the pipeline view. The visual is super helpful. When i'm doing follow-ups the easiest way is for me to copy and paste their number or email and then send them a quick text from my personal email or phone. I would also like to see appointment date as an option to select the date for the appointment scheduled field that would show up on the primary card. Export Opportunities List
In Command MC, add the functionality to run and export reports in order to obtain a snapshot view of all opportunities for an agent with available filters applied. Could be for a single agent, a group of agents, or MC-wide. Particularly where the opportunity is in a particular phase/stage like returned or opened. At this time there is no reporting functionality tied to Opportunities. We are always talking about tracking our numbers and yet there is no way to save a record. This could be a residual effect of this reporting function.

Customizable Compliance Statuses
Wondering if we can add a "Reviewed" option for compliance? Like Approved and Returned. We are seeing confusion in our offices and frustration because they see that red returned. Would it be possible to have a reviewed option in Yellow or something? Thanks!

Custom Recruit/Associate Activity Types
Currently- the activity options are solely Call, Meeting or Text. Would like an option to log an activity for Email that might not have necessarily been through a campaign. (i.e, an agent conversation)

Command Integration with Broker Wolf/ Lone Wolf
Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.
Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

Tagging Associates Auto-Tags Opportunities
As a market center with a business center it would be IMMENSELY helpful to be able to tag associates (rather than individual opportunities so that they autopopulate every opportunity) with a location (MC vs BC) ID tag in order to sort as closings are processed.
