Add security level to agents commissions in a team
When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

Multiple Recruit Pipelines
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

Guest User
As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

Ability to Edit Vendors
The ability to edit vendors has disappeared. I had to create an entirely new vendor because the agent missed one letter when they created it. I believe this could mess up reporting and taxes with having multiple of the same vendor.
There is no longer an edit pencil icon nor the ellipses mentioned in the support article below:

Print Associate's Legal Name on Disbursement Authorizations
We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.
Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.

Filtering Opportunities By Tags Effectively
Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

When rejecting a listing in Frontdoor, the message should appear also in the timeline, or a copy of the email sent to us,
Currently, when we reject a listing, the message is sent only to the agent. There is no way we (MC Leadership) can go back to the message to refresh the idea. The idea I am submitting is to save the message also in the timeline with the rejection data. Follow up would be much easier. Or sending a copy of the email sent to the agent to us too.

Prevent Incorrect Auto-Population of Seller Name in Transactions
Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.
To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
• Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
• Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information

Show Referral Agent Name on DA
Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)
This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.
Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

Automatically Name Reports Downloads
Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

Pathway in Opportunities
Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

Remove the Automated Set Filter in Compliance
One Click - Remove Automated Filter
It is time consuming to remove the Automated Filter every time I am looking for a certain Opportunity that has nothing to do with "submitted" or to have to keep removing it because I am looking for the next property. Also need the choice of filters to be one click - not 3+ clicks.2 votes -

Whenever I download PDFs for reports to send out to agents, they are small and hard for them to read. An updated version of the reports where the PDF download is bigger would make it easier for everyone involved.

Refer a Co-Broker to KW via Opportunities' Co-Broker
Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.
(I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

Vested Renewal Report (Including Personal Email Field)
In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

Last Submitted Sort
The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it
