Multiple Recruit Pipelines
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

Need a report that gives a breakdown of everything in the "Outside Referral" box
I need a report that will give me a list of every item from the outside referral box of each DA in a certain period. It would include the transaction number, amount paid, and associated "Pay to" name for every line item. We use this box to collect B&O tax as well as outside referrals and we need to know how much of each type.

Change verbiage on email notification upon contact card update
When you make an edit to an agent's license expiration date that agent gets notified that you changed their license. I have had several frantically ask me what that's all about. The verbiage in the email sent out to the agent should include the exact changes that were made so they can rest easy not thinking I removed them from our MC. This can really go for any notifications the agents gets when staff makes a change to anything in their card.

Automatically Updating Percentage-Based Deductions
The percentage based deductions so far are not automatically updating when the commission changes and/or a referral is added to the commission. It would be very beneficial to have that automatically update as many of our agents are signed up for automatic percentage deductions into our agent savings account.

Allow Rainmakers to Cover Team Member Caps
We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

Add Custom Fields for Associates
Ability to add custom fields in an associate record to store additional information such as Key Fob Numbers, Auto Insurance details, association ID numbers, etc

Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command $6,000 not $50,000
Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $6,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

Please add the agent's name back to information showing in Compliance
In an office with nearly 300 agents, everything is sorted by agent name. The agent name is no longer part of the information showing on the lines for each Opportunity in Compliance. It would save a lot of time not have to search who the agent is for each Opportunity.

In Compliance can we please get back the agent name
In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

Support Chat box
When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. Pipeline status change from appointment set to held when appointment is logged
Pipeline status change from appointment set to held when appointment is logged. Once appointment is held and logged, the pipeline should automatically move from appointment set to appointment held. Currently that step needs to be done manually

Ability to Edit Vendors
The ability to edit vendors has disappeared. I had to create an entirely new vendor because the agent missed one letter when they created it. I believe this could mess up reporting and taxes with having multiple of the same vendor.

Send Notification Button for Associates When Paid on a Transaction
We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.
We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

Optimize opportunities search in command
Searching for opportunities in CommandMC Opportunities takes long time to show results. Each search averages between 5-30 seconds. This adds up over time for those that work heavily in CommandMC Opportunities, making their work inefficient.

Make Auditing Opportunities Faster in Command
Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.
My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.

Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators
Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices
