  2. When adding a recruit to the pipeline, currently you have the option to select if they are Red One, Red Two or Unlicensed Staff. I would like the ability for R0 to be an option for those whom we are actively moving through the KSCORE process, or another licensing program. This would be especially helpful for the leads we have coming through our locations webpage to automatically be assigned R0 if they select that they are not licensed.

  3. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  4. When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.

    Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

  5. Tech support just let me know that there is no way for a recruit in CommandMC to resubscribe to receive emails from smartplans. We really need to be able to send them a resubscribe option if they request it.

  6. Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

  7. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  8. In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.

    Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.

    I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

  9. We would like the ability for the OP to customize/limit the access roles have to CommandMC applets. KWRI would set the standard access points for an assigned role, and the OP would have the ability to remove/limit access to specific applets that may not pertain to that role within their MC. Example, MC Leader role allows edit access to Recruits, Reports, Transactions, Accounting, and … The individuals with MC Leader role in this example MC do not need nor would the OP like for them have edit access to Transactions and Accounting, so the OP can remove access to Transactions…

  10. CO$ transfer to another MC, when executed removes the amount paid in by the agent from their cap status! We need to have it remain as paid in CO$ in their status and reports because they have paid it, we just transferred it. There is no way to know now when they reach cap except by keeping an excel sheet.

  13. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  14. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

  15. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  16. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  17. The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it

  18. Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

    I would like to be able to see this information in a report AND even better would be able to have a dashboard where I can see which staff are in the lead and gamify their…
