    I'd like to customize when the my task triggers in relation to the contact's birthday date - for example, I'd like to get a task notification 30 days prior to their birthday to send a handwritten card, then a task notification the day before that birthday date to make a call/text - but I'm not seeing that option to do so. I only see the smartplan starting as soon as I add a tag, which wouldn't line up the dates correctly if I added them all to the smart plan on the same day - I need the tasks to correspond with each client's birthday date.

    I contacted customer support and there is currently no way to make an editable copy the current KW birthday smart plan while keeping the birthdate triggers - they said the only current solution would be to create 500+ individual birthday smart plans for each contact and recommended I submit the idea here. Seems like a very basic feature to have on the platform :(

    The KW birthday smartplan is a bit overkill for some. We'd like a touch task and a twilio text only. There's no limit to how much more we could do with SmartPlans this way!!

    I would love to see Smartplans scheduled for certain days instead of just going every single day. I have some smartplans I have created with Twilio texts that I would like to just going out Monday-Friday and instead they will send out just any random day and time without me knowing.

    Using smart plans for touches like Holidays gets off track when using days delay. Using a date is more efficient.

    I am creating a monthly market updates smart plan. With this plan I need to have some time to update the data, and subsequently update the smart plan with the new information. being able to scheudle a smart plan to send, for example the 3rd day of the month, would allot the emails to be sent the same time each month, and would give time to update the data.

    I would like to be able to remove the auto text from Twillo in the birthday smart plan so it remind me every year to only write a card and social post. I utilize Twillo already so it will automatically be sent.

    We'd like to send an email out on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Smart Plans allow for a 30 day delay but with that setting, the email will not go out on the same day of the week each month and eventually move earlier in the month. More custom recurring date options would be useful.

    I created a 28 touch smart plan and started 1/3/2023, I added everyone I currently have to it. But would like a setting that would allow me to add new contacts to it and not have to start the plan from the beginning, Almost like a start button that would start the plan and allow you to start a new contact at whichever step it is at.

    We have a smart plan that is sent every Wednesday to certain clients. It would be useful to be able to select the option of setting a delay to a certain day of the week.

    I would love to have a Wedding Anniversary tab and smart plan. It will be great automated reminder as the Birthday smart plan.

    Unfortunately the birthday reminders and the home purchase anniversary deactivate as soon as the smart plan is closed. Would be AWESOME to input the smart plans once then it is set automatically every year without going again to the contact and setting up the smart plan again. We have Twilio and the Birthday smart plans have set a text that will go automatically so if we miss it at least the text is sent the same day. This would apply to any anniversary we want to remember from any of our contacts. Weddings, Dog's birthday etc, etc.

    In my contacts in Gmail, I input a birthday once, syncs automatically with my calendar for every single year without doing anything else and I get a reminder

    People always ask, "who is this" after receiving a Birthday Wish text from me because the Twilio number is not the phone number they are familiar with.

    It would be helpful to be able to set the time for texts or emails to be sent out in SmartPlans, so people could receive an email on the day or so before an event and then get a text reminder the day of the event and know they would receive it an hour or so before the event.

    Sync into command activities that are in my Google Calendar related to a contact in Command. So if I have a meeting scheduled in my calendar where one of my contacts is an attendee, then bring it to command as an activity on that contact's profile

    Adding a calendar event simply opens your Google calendar and doesn't log anything within the KW Command system. Seems you then need to log this meeting again in the system at a later point.

    It would be excellent to load Google Calendar bookings into Command if the contacts email address is included in the invite list or if you create a calendar event in Command, this gets sync'd with Google Calendar. Command should allow you to book meetings or events with the same functionality available in Google Calendar and also allow you to add additional notes to the system that don't get distributed to invitees - just an internal record of what happened. Would also be great to be able to update a meeting outcome ie you've booked a listing appointment, add notes on what happened and update the outcome as cancelled, rescheduled, listed, listing with competitor, no longer listing, etc. Pulling this into reporting would help to identify trends and gaps in skill level.

    Better scheduling management would also be great. Would be great if we could create a booking page for a variety of activities ie booking page for listings, listing appointments, etc that we can direct people to so that they can book a viewing depending on the property they want to view or schedule a call/appointment with us. This would also need to link through to our calendar so that time cannot get booked if we already have a meeting.

    With any meeting booked, there should be the ability to send an automated reminder email the day before, an hour before and do this is text form as well.

    Although there are a few tags I like that are created by the "System", I find that the a number of them I don't use and find it very annoying to have them in my scroll list. Is there a way to change the coding to allow agents access to delete original tags created by the "System" in the same fashion that you can do when you have created a tag yourself that you don't want anymore. Thanks

    Through trial and error I have learned that when you import database files into Command, the system will create a new custom tag so that it can import properly. For example, importing a spreadsheet that has "Girl Scouts" as a custom tag will populate it as a System-Created tag (which you cannot delete or change...ever). This makes the database management/cleanup incredibly complicated for teams. Please allow us to delete or edit "system" created tags AND lead sources so that we can avoid cluttered databases.

    *Side note:

    A workaround that I have found for this is to populate the custom tag/lead source ahead of importing so that it can latch on to the existing placeholder instead of "creating" a new one for you. However, this still does not solve the issue of past created tags/sources.

    Allow us to mass delete or otherwise modify tasks by selecting one and selecting another further down the list while holding shift to select all in between. This would be more efficient.

    would be more efficient if us as agents were able to have the option to pick property style, choose how many beds & baths, etc instead of only being able to send all properties from the area we choose when that is not what our client is looking for. add specific filter settings that allows you to choose property options

    Most KW Offices require Hard copy referral agreements so the Managing Broker can sign off on them. Could we get it so we could attach as a PDF a Hard copy agreement to send to the KW agent we send the referral to??

    Can anyone from the Tech Team bring back the feature where we can open a contact profile in another tab? This is very helpful when we want to open 2 or more contact profiles at the same time. Since they've taken out this feature, we can only open a contact profile if we click on that contact's name. Such an inconvenience.

    The email template for the monthly neighborhood nuture is not customizable right now and the wording doesn't fit with my communication style. I would like to design my own monthly neighborhood nuture email so either making the Keller Williams smart plan customizable or providing us with a way to embed the neighborhood snapshot code/link in our own email design would be a more personable touch.

    The new update in Command now consolidates the notes we write in a contact's profile into a single paragraph. It's much easier to read when we're allowed to include spaces, bullet points, and multiple paragraphs in a note. Their recent update isn't great.

    I use Command as my CRM, and have many thousands of notes in my contacts. Last week I noticed that Command has smushed all my notes into a single paragraph (rather than leaving them as paragraphs with proper lines breaks as they used to be). My notes are almost unreadable now, and it's making my user experience in Command horrible. If this can't be fixed, I will have to go looking for a different CRM.

    Right now I'm being told that the best practice for doing that is to input each property they inquired about into the notes for that contact. If you can imagine that if they've inquired about 50 properties that this could become quite cumbersome.

    A second option is to create a custom text box under More Information, Custom and create a Property Leads custom box. This would work if it was formatted differently. Right now the way it's formatted is only horizontal: if I had 50 property leads that I inputted there you have to scroll from left to right to find all of them.

    A third option would be input somewhere under that buyer or tenant contact a link to a spreadsheet of properties that they inquired about. Be nice if that was hosted directly in Command but I suspect that would work if was a link to a Google Sheet. With that being said, my best option then would be to input that link in the custom box Property Leads for that listing contact.

    The piece that I'm suggesting could look something like this:

    The Smart Plan Simple Email Type does not provide a Merge.Tag for Agent.Phone.Number; this would be greatly useful for Team-based Agents who want to utilize Smart Plans & have their appropriate signatures utilized with their phone number.

    It would be extremely helpful if we had merge tags for agent phone numbers in SmartPlans. I work on a team, and I have to create duplicate smart plans for each agent, with the only difference being their cell number. If we can have merge tags for agent names, why not phone numbers too?

    Currently, we only have agent.first.name, agent.last.name, team.name, and kw.app.link for agent functions.

    Can you please add agent.phone.number and agent.email?

    I'm part of a team and I can't add my contact information into the smart plans because they are used by the whole team.

    it would be great if we can auto-populate an agent's contact number, DRE, email, etc so it's easier to create a generic plan for the team. Currently, the only options are agent first name, agent last name, team name, KW app link, contact first name, contact last name, contact birthday & home anniversary.

    When creating a smartplan email..... it only allows us to use auto-populate fields for agent first name and agent last name.

    We really need to be able to have a field to populate agent phone and agent email as well.

    In a team setting... if we want to use the same smart plan templates..... right now we can only set it to populate the assigned agents First and Last name and App link.

    We obviously want that agent's phone number, email address, and probably license number for compliance to also be a field that can be dropped at the bottom of a smartplan email.

    Otherwise we need to create separate smartplans for each individual agent on the team and that complicates things for us.

    Smartplans have merge fields that pull from the Marketing Profile. We need merge fields with the agent phone number and DRE number. This makes it easier for Team smartplans, so each team member doesn't need their own smarplan. ?

    Since we use our database to mail and write letters to, it would be helpful to have a field in our contact section, like 'legal name' where we can put, if sending a letter, this is how it should be address, or writing a letter for it to appear like this___. That would make working through Command with our database a lot friendlier.

    Currently when downloading your database for labels, two connected contacts name will show up as, Thomas Crone and Kelley Crone, they simply merge both names. So create a field you can state the agent wants a envelope addressed and letter so connected contacts can be properly downloaded without having to go through and change each label. Also to have a way that allows only one to be printed, so again you do not have to sort through the whole download any delete the other contacts label.

    We used Brivity before and there we could not check the mailing address and the download gave us an option of only printing those with addresses checked. That was we could still have the address in their system but not count it as a mailing address thus it would not print.

    Our market center is currently under a different office brokerage which is in a different city. The website displays this "different" city, it would be nice to be able to hide/show your location and not automatically display on my website profile.

    Currently, the location displayed for an agent on the KW App / Agent Sites (About Page) pulls from the specific location of the market center that they are a part of. It would be nice for agents to be able to edit this location. Especially agents who do not serve that area. We recently merged market centers and all 100 agents are now showing up with a city that is 50 miles away. In order to not confuse the consumer, agents need access to be able to edit this information.

    allow us to organize in what order the contact info comes up or at least put the contact info that has to do with the health score first. Also, make it easier to tab through contact info for quick entry. Too many clicks right now.

    When viewing a single client, it would be great to edit how the widgets appear either permanently for all KW users, or editable by user. We have added custom data that would be helpful to see under the phone number and not need to scroll to next page. along with that it would be great to tighten up the white space overall. so we can potentially view more info on first screen. We don't need to see health score of client, who owns clients & neighborhood snapshot which takes up so much of the first screen and is not what is typically needed the most to see. Those could be last and some of the more important fields moved up so you don't have to scroll down for that key info. Thanks

    Unless i missed it, I'm not sure why the area where you enter the contacts address is so far down and you have to click through a few drop down menus. Name add and ph# should be right at the top. would save a good amount of time.

    It would be helpful in command when looking at a contact if the address was listed below the phone number. Currently it is further down the page. If I'm missing someone's address I'd rather see it upfront.

    Instead of having the primary address hidden in the Additional Information section, it would be great if that would be moved to the first section since that is one of the main pieces of the contact that makes smartplans, postcards and other features work smoothly. It is also one of the other key pieces of the contact that has always been suggested to have from a client. So it would be nice to have their Name, Email, Phone, and Address all in one section when you are creating or editing that contact.

    I am noticing agents will not click on "add additional information" when adding an address to a new contact, skipping through, and saving the contact, without adding some very important details.

    I believe it would be helpful group primary address near the top, along with primary phone, and email.

    In areas like Houston or other Metros there are so many neighborhoods and zip codes that it makes it hard to give a good representation form the market snapshot. Some agents like to send out a "market Update" and are having to go to other sources for the info. Most would like to stay within command if possible but can't unelss they pull the data and add it one by one.

    Bay Head is a small town with a focused group of potential buyers. The way the maps are drawn at the moment, which include the town next door and do not encompass the whole town of Bay Head, it is not possible to provide a clear picture of the market/neighborhood data correctly.     Is it possible to allow the neighborhood market update feature to include whole zip codes?

    Under a contact, it would be nice to be able to enter a zip code and choose from just one neighborhood. For example, if I input 92109, I'm given 5 options and I would like to choose the entire 92109 and be able to send a monthly neighborhood update for that specific zip code. I hope I make sense.

    In Command Contacts, you can subscribe them to specific neighborhoods. Being able to add specific schools would be helpful. Many parents look for home zoned to specific schools based on school rating. Some neighborhoods have multiple schools.

    Neighborhood Market Snapshot should allow selection of zip codes or cities in addition to the hyper local areas already available. I believe that people like particular cities in the early stages of looking and then specific neighborhoods as the search moves forward and is refined.

    I have contacts who use a shared phone number. Many of these are landlines (yes, they still exist). Some older clients also share a single cell phone because they're nearly always together. There are also businesses who have a general line for multiple employees.

    Currently, only one contact can have a phone number. While I'm glad Command identifies this as a potential issue, it would be great to be able to override the inability to add the same phone number.

    Please allow for multiple contacts to have the same (home, landline, business) phone number.

    addresses that might not auto populate like rural addresses or unit numbers and need to be manually entered, both need to match exactly for spouses to print on same label. If there is a checkbox for spouse address to match it alleviates the issue. Also just a huge time saver

    When merging husband and wife need to have BOTH birthdays be able to send notifications- not just the primary one.

    IN MOST CASES, two spouses live at the same address. When adding the "spouse" relationship to a contact, automatically populating the address to the spouse eliminates the chance of typos or leaving the address out altogether. It also helps when contacts move, to be able to just update the address one time, instead of having to go into both contacts to update the address. This would eliminate the duplication of work, saving time and making us more efficient.

    Example, I want to add the husband-and-wife each separately, because i want both of them to receive my communications. It would be very convenient to have the two linked so we can toggle from one to the other. I have always kept husband and wife on one contact entry, but I have realized each spouse has different circles of influence when they both work and volunteer, so I now want each to have their own contact record (when I know both of them.) The relationship link is important, because, when I add information to one, I often want to copy the information to the other spouse.

    When I enter that I met in person with a husband and wife and I add that activity. I would like to be able to click add activity - select to add spouse in and the update go on both people vs having to duplicate it to show contact for both of them

    Allow Spouse data to be quickly copied when adding a ""Relationship" ?in Contacts.

    Maybe give option checkboxes to include/exclude

    __ Home Address data

    __ Neighborhood Data

    __ Home phone

    __ Child Relationship connections

    __ Wedding Anniversary (also needs to be added!)

    If I am updating a customer's address because the have moved, I should have the ability to automatically update the spouse's or partner's address.

    I also should haven't to tell it that it is the same as the mailing address if I have deleted the old one.

    As owner of the team account and my personal account it would be convenient for opportunities to pull from either account when creating a new opportunity and selecitng the contact.

    At this time, Admins/Guest Users can view all opportunities. It would be great if admin, ISAs, Rainmakers,and Agents permission level also apply with opportunities so they can only view what is assigned to them.

    We would like to have a additional lead capture form that we can add to agent websites on landing pages. We put out a monthly newsletter through smartplans and command and we would like to have the option to have people register on our site for the newsletter. So a lead capture form that we could say when the person is on this landing page and put their information in it sends us the contact information and we can add them to our newsletter tag. Were currently we only have the contact form that is used for everything. If we have a specific form that we could customize for each landing page we could narrow down where our leads are coming from and it would help streamline the process of getting them set up for monthly emails.

    The ability to add fields or unique personal questions such as, "When do you plan on making your next move", into the lead capture section would be a great tool. I want to run a free raffle and capture leads, sending clients the link to the landing page would be a great way to capture these leads if it were able to be more customizable to better target my audience.

    Would like the ability to customize the fields on the lead form widget. At a minimum, would like the ability to make the notes fields optional. Right now, you can't submit the lead form without having something in the notes field. Making the lead go through an extra step reduces the likelihood that they fill it out. I'll have to continue using mailchimp landing pages for now.
