Extend this idea to be able to create a map of addresses by a select 'tag'. For example, if you use past client. The ability to create the map and then be able to post the map on our website.

I believe the initial request is referring to the ability to customize columns shown in the Tasks applet (similar to contacts applet). Individual agents don't need the assigned to...b/c it's solo team member. Within both contacts and tasks, it would be great if the system knew/recognized you were an individual agent and allow you to customize the fields and save them. Each time you go back into command, the system defaults vs. saving the most recent settings.
