Agent app
I would like to see a fully functional agent app. One that we could call, text and email from. It would be great if the app could allow us to call the contacts directly from the phone and it would log a call by the date and time and allow us to make notes immediately about the conversation. I used CINC at two other companies and we had this type of an app that allowed us to call the lead, text the lead or email the lead. We could pretty much do everything we needed to do from the app. The phone part of the app was the best but I must admit I used them all and it does make the agent's life easier.
