Add Customizable Buyer/Seller Guide for Agent Sites
We had a great interactive buyer / seller guide on our previous sites experience. With the new website upgrades, we only have a small sample of the buyer's guide, in blog post format.
I don't want my customers to have to read each individual blog post, when the previous card template worked great and was fully customizable. KW should consider building a pre-made template or site page we can install on our new sites.

It's annoying to me that the one page in our Listing Presentation about our KW App advertises a guide on the App that is no longer there! This is like false advertising and I hate that. I would like to have the option of adding those back to my KW App in a way that allows me to update each contact's position within the Buyer or Seller Guide process so they can stay up to date on their progress.

**I miss our buyer/seller guides on our Consumer App!**
Why?
I used to direct my sellers to the app b/c I used it as a checklist. They could see a timeline of what happened first, then 2nd, etc. I could also include contact info for stagers, contractors, etc. that only people who downloaded my app could see.
Same with buyers, I had a step-by-step process with contact info for lenders, inspectors, etc.
If we create these on our KW website, all competitors can see our trade secrets and can R&D. On the app, unless our competitors download an agent's app, they couldn't see the agent's advice, partners, or style. We, as agents, want to give our clients a white glove experience, and the customizable app sure helped!

Sometimes we don't reach closing the first time and it would be great if we could reset, or uncheck, the steps in the buying/selling guides.

Allow us to create OTHER guides within Guide Builder for our consumers to read/use along with the Buying + Selling templates
For example: "How a mortgage broker could help you more than your bank" or "Getting your home ready for photos"

We are given one sellers guide and one buyers guide, but I would like to have one that is for Building, or one for Refinancing, or one for Probate, or one for leasing, or one for lease listing, or just a generic one that I can modify for ideas throughout the year... or for investors, or commercial... Just the option to create our own.

have the buyer guide and seller guide visible from the start on the agent site. when someone goes to select it then prompts them to sign up to view the guides.
