Feature a built-in email composer window
Manual email composition using a built-in composer/editor should be a baseline product feature. For those of us using Gmail (or other web based email) clicking on the contact's email address, then waiting for a window to open, gmail to load, and pasting in an email address is TIME CONSUMING and infuriatingly slow. A built in composer is base functionality in most CRMs. Follow-Up Boss for example has MASTERED this functionality and should be used as a model. See attached video.
